The first floor has a wide open floor plan for the whole family to enjoy the kitchen, living room, and dining room. The resort-style pool provides the perfect setting to enjoy your Hilton Head vacation. The first-floor master bedroom has a direct view of and access to the pool. The ensuite bathroom is composed of two sinks, a shower, and a beautiful bathtub. The second bedroom is nicely decorated and has its own bathroom.

The second floor has a large second living room with a TV and a beverage kitchen with a bar. This floor has four other bedrooms. Two of which have direct access to a beautiful, spacious balcony overlooking the pool and landscape. Three of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The master bedroom on the second floor has a queen-size bed and a day bed that can be converted to a king-size bed. The second upstairs bedroom has a king-size bed and a view of the ocean. The children will love to meet and play in the bunk room, which sleeps five. The sixth bedroom is charming, with twin beds and a walk-in closet.

The outdoor space offers an adult and children’s pool, as well as a covered porch with a 65-inch TV.

Mooring Buoy is to undergo significant improvements starting in Fall 2025. The project will start at the intersection of Port Tack and be all the way to the end of Mooring Buoy. During this time 1 Man O War will be affected. The project focuses on replacing deficient stormwater systems and rebuilding the road to provide resilience and efficiency. The construction is targeted to reach completion by March 2026.
