This villa is the perfect place to spend your vacation relaxing! This 1-bedroom 1.5-bath North Forest Beach villa, located in Sea Crest has two pools, a beach bar, and the ocean's waves just a few sandy steps from your door! The kitchen, living room, and dining room are open and inviting with seating for four plus three barstools for additional seating. All new appliances and a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The King suite bedroom has beautiful coastal décor with a large master bath. The laundry is directly off the kitchen for convenience. Enjoy your private patio while watching the waves and sea birds.
Sea Crest is in the heart of the Coligny beach area. Nearby Coligny Beach Park is minutes away and provides water fountains children can play in, restrooms, and oceanside swings. Guests can visit Coligny Plaza directly across the street, a must-see destination with over 60 shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and seasonal family entertainment. Enjoy visiting Lowcountry Celebration Park, a 3-minute bike ride away which provides active and passive recreational activities, playgrounds ship, amenities, and scenic views.
Enjoy bike riding from Sea Crest using our many bike paths on the island or up and down our glorious beaches. This villa is the perfect island oasis. Enjoy a great getaway or Honeymoon!!

• Major and extensive exterior project begins October 7th, 2024 through May 1st, 2025. The project will negatively impact quiet enjoyment, views, parking, and balcony access. Please call our office for project updates if you are considering a rental during the project timeline.
• Lagoon repairs are in progress for the foreseeable future. They have been drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced, then filled. At this time, there is no date for when it will be completed.
