This beautiful villa offers the prime ocean front location in the Seaside Villas.
This corner villa, located on the second floor of Seaside Villas building II, has
a 180 degree view of the beach and Atlantic ocean. This unit was completely
stripped to the studs and lavishly redesigned in 2017. Within walking distance
of the shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza.

From your private balcony, enjoy the full 180 degree view of Hilton Head's white
sandy beaches and the beautiful blue Atlantic!

TV with cable, free Wi-Fi.

Kitchen is equipped with a standard-drip coffee maker

Unit located within Seaside villas, a private gated oceanfront community
with direct access to the beach. There is also an onsite community pool
sunning area, grilling areas, limited covered parking under the buildings,
and bike racks. Elevators are located in both buildings and laundry rooms
are found on every floor (coin operated machines). This villa also has its
own stacked laundry located in the bathroom of the villa.
Seaside Villas sit in a prime location in Forest Beach, with Coligny Plaza
being a 5-10 minute walk away. Within short driving distance of Sea Pines,
Shipyard and Palmetto Dunes golf clubs. Passes for off site fitness center included.

This villa is located Oceanfront on the Second Floor

Please note that there is only one elevator for this building.
Should maintenance be required on it, the stairs are the only way
too and from the unit. Elevator operation cannot be guaranteed,
especially during the off season.

18.) CANCELLATION POLICY- For a refund of moneys, cancellation must be in writing and received 91 days prior to your arrival date. The cancellation fee will be 10% of the rental rate. Cancellations within 46-90 days will result in the loss of the 40% deposit unless we are able to re-rent the Dwelling for the same rate and time period. No refunds will be made for cancellations received 45 days or less prior to arrival unless the Dwelling is re-rented for the same rate and time period. If the Dwelling is re-rented, then a 10% cancellation fee will apply. For this reason, we highly recommend that you consider purchasing the optional travel insurance.

"Great location with a beautiful view
We enjoyed our stay in Seaside Villa 267. The unit is very efficiently set up. The location is perfect as it is on the corner near the beach access gate. There were two of us and the space worked out fine. As mentioned by another guest, the clothes washer (or dryer?) left spots on our clothes that do not come out so beware. We brought a large bowl for salads and a microwavable cookware container that we used daily. The rest of the kitchen is well equipped. We brought our bikes and used the racks in the covered parking area. The balcony was our favorite place to watch the world go by morning and night. We would rent this unit again."

"Beautiful place, fantastic view!
This unit is wonderful, perfect for a couple getaway. The decor was updated and very nice. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could have needed. However, the best part of the unit is the balcony and view, with comfortable patio furniture (unlike that cheap plastic stuff so many rentals have). We did not have great weather but still had a lovely week reading on the balcony, watching the rabbits and deer in the salt dune bushes, and of course, being mesmerized by the ocean waves.

Two notes: We don’t recommend the chair and umbrella rentals offered thru (Property Management). They are cheap and portable, without a sand anchor so useless. Also, the bathroom faucet needs directions. My husband had cold shaves most mornings. "

"Nice location
We had difficulty getting into the condo on first night since no instructions on how to open. However, the after hours worker was very helpful and patient with us. The bed is very small and needs replacing. (Woke up sore every morning) Not impressed with the cleaning crew since the ceiling fan was very thick with dust, curtains at sliding door are stained brown on the bottom, floors are stained with dirt and air conditioner is also thick with dust. The shower smelled so bad with strong soured Clorox, it took 3 days with the exhaust fan on to get rid of the horrible smell. It would be nice to have instructions on how to use TV with Spectrum service. I would not stay in this unit again but would use Seaturtle Getaways and stay at Seaside Villas."

"Unbeatable View
The view is spectacular and hard to beat for sure. The location was excellent and close to other amenities. Overall, we were very satisfied. The only negative was lack of internet during our stay and the pillows were stained."
