My husband and I stayed here for almost a week. This view and locations can’t be beat. Walked to rode the bike provided to dinner and lunch everyday. The rental had everything we needed. "

We really enjoyed our stay. Our condo was in walking distance to everything we needed like restaurants, entertainment and shopping and it was about a 3 minute walk to the beach and the pool was great. We will be coming back again."

"Hilton Head Stay for Conference
Arrived on Friday, easy to access the unit. Parking wasn't a problem. Condo was very nice as pictured. Extra ice trays in the freezer would be my only suggestion!"

Overall, great location, unit was clean. Bed side lamps would be nice. Internet and TV/Spectrum service were intermittent. Quite frustrating. Contacted both Property Manager and Spectrum. Apparently some outdoor connection problem, but not resolved during our stay."

The deck chairs,the living room rug need to be replaced . Also there is no screen on the deck slider. The living room is also broken. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were great. "

Great location view and balcony. Unit was even smaller than expected and needed a good deep cleaning and furniture updated. No room to even unpack. Lack of curtain in bedroom to block light was also very annoying. Windows need replaced or cleaned- very cloudy."

"Location, Location, Location
The perfect location for a relaxing stay for two. Beautiful ocean and beach views from the upper floor and corner location. Right on the beach and easy walking distance to all Coligny area stores and restaurants. We enjoyed live music in the area every night. And, wonderful beach walks each morning. The included bicycles made it easy to visit areas a little further out. The condo worked perfectly for two adults. The kitchen is just enough. The washer and dryer are a nice perk. Only downside - the bedroom pillows. They are way past their prime. Bring your own pillows or venture out to purchase some as we did after two nights. We will be back again next year and hope this condo is available. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay."

"Perfect spot for a romantic getaway!
My husband and I just spent 5 wonderful nights in this beautiful suite! I always choose my rentals based on reviews so here is my honest review of this unit!
PRO's: Perfect size for 2 adults, adorable beach themed decor, washer and dryer for the occasional load of laundry, balcony view was breathtaking as we watched dolphins swim by each day, beach chairs and bikes for our convenience!
CON's: Beach towels not provided, dishes in cabinets were dirty, noisy Sea Crest Pool is just below the balcony to the left, blankets in the living room basket were dirty.
My CON's are just minor things that I felt I needed to mention but overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely come back again!

"Seinfeld episode level BO stink
Received a voicemail that one of the sofas had been “deep cleaned” before our arrival. When we opened the condo door, we were smacked in the face with an overwhelming scent of body odor. The offending sofa (a white with blue stripe, seen in the ad photos) and the curtains touching it reeked of BO. We called the management office and they sent a couple of folks to steam clean it and move it to the opposite side of the living room. That helped, but didn’t completely remove the stench. That sofa needs to be replaced or reupholstered. It really put a damper on our vacation as we could barely stand being indoors long enough to prepare a meal and eat it outside on the balcony. It was like Jerry’s SAAB in the Seinfeld episode; contaminating anything touching it with a persistent BO smell. Several other minor things like the broken down TP holder, broken handles on the bathroom sink, broken towel rack bar, tiny kitchen sink, plastic plumbing fixtures and budget appliances need to be fixed as the condo is a bit rundown from constant occupancy wear and tear. It seems as if the owner made a renovation at some point and then hasn’t kept up with needed repair and maintenance. Excellent location and unbeatable beach views, but we’ll stay elsewhere next time."

"Great Location
You can't beat the location of this condo. Great view of course, convenient to food, restaurants if you don't want to jump in the car. Newly updated - nice beach chairs, beach bicycles actually work too. Basic set of dishes and silverware. Foldout couch was the only thing that looked like it could use a cleaning - its not the blue one on the photo. Otherwise very clean. New elevator and Pella sliding door are great. Elevator broke down one night but was fixed next morning. Adding a light blocking shade and a reading light in the bedroom would be the only improvements I'd suggest to management. Would stay again! "

"GreatView but Dirty Unitt
The location and view was wonderful, but the unit was dirty and poorly designed. There was no table and a tiny and poorly planned kitchen. While the unit had been remodeled it was done so on the cheap and is already showing wear. It was overpriced for the size and condition.

"A hidden gem!
Excellent location on the beach with easy walk to food and shopping. Bike paths are exceptional. The villa was clean and cozy with exceptional ocean view. It was awesome to have the bike at my fingertips. This is a best kept secret hideaway for one or two people"

"Oceanfront Breakers end unit
I highly recommend this condo. The beach view is breathtaking. It was clean, well stocked. Convenient to the beach. Nice pool. Nice tenants. Visible security. Convenient to cute shops and restaurants. Downside was no working elevator. We were on 3rd floor and it killed my bad knee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again. "

Beautiful view from the balcony. Kitchen was a little to small - not enough storage for groceries. Would have preferred a small dinning table instead of the 2nd couch. As seen in an earlier review the door to the balcony is very, very difficult to use."

"Long Weekend Visit
Overall the experience was nice. The unit is smaller in person than the photos make it appear, we knew it was a one bedroom, but my husband and I booked it to stay with our toddler. We were able to make the pack n play fit, but it was crowded. The unit was not as clean as I prefer, dirty walls, blinds, stained floor/rugs and some mold on the sliding doors. The bath tub would clog up easily (most likely from sand) and we contacted the rental company, but nothing was ever done about it. Otherwise, cute place, great location on the beach and fabulous view! "

"First vacation in Hilton Head
The beach was great. Love Hilton Head The condo not much. We arrive late no parking spaces,no elevators. The floors were dirty,balcony sliding door did open. The shower curtin was moldy and yellow from soap scum.After contacting management company he sprayed something on the door and replaced the shower curtain. Talking to other guests they said things were not being kept up.The pictures on the site are outdated. This condo needs a face lift."

"A glorious weekend!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at 340 Breakers. What a great trip. A perfect venue with a specatcular view of the beach and ocean. The picture does not lie. It is exactly as clean and cozy as it appears. Fabulously located by quaint shops and the night life. I recommend Big Bamboo Cafe for lunch or dinner. Do not miss the Carolina Fireballs- a yummy crab appetizer. I an honestly state that my friend and I enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and that the staff made us feel very welcome. We plan on going again sooner rather than later. Thanks to all."

"Fun time in Hilton Head
We enjoyed our stay at The Breakers on HHI. The condo had everything we needed and is just right for a couple. The view from the balcony was amazing. So close to the beach and so many fun things to do nearby. Check in was a breeze. We had no issues at all. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Definitely not a Penthouse as advertised
Called when we got there about no parking pass. The guy was rude. Dirty ceiling fans, sliding door had fingerprints all over both sides, used coffee pod under table.couch pillow stained with blood? No elevator. Location was great. View was good. Will stay at this property again but Not this unit. "

"Almost Perfect
This location and condo are fantastic. Loved the upgrades to the inside and the view was amazing. It was clean and just the perfect size for the two of us trying to get in a long weekend. Not a whole lot of extra amenities, but had towels and a very comfortable bed (which is really all you need when you are at the beach). Perfect walking distance to EVERYTHING, including Poolbar Jim’s. The only two thing that put the “almost” in the title were that the front window really needed some blackout curtains since the security light was right there (really bright at night) AND the sliding door was EXTREMELY HARD to open and close. Otherwise this is the perfect spot to stay. DEFINITELY stay here again."

we had a good stay in a great location, parked the car and didn't move it for 7 days, beach directly in front of you, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Management of were very helpful, we had a very small issue and someone was there within an hour, will rent from again"

"Great view but needs a new clean team
The condo has a great view, super comfy bed but needs a good cleaning. I refused to use the ceiling fans until I had cleaned them.I don’t think they had ever been cleaned and the thought of all that dirt flying around the rooms,especially on the bed was disgusting. The air vents are dirty and look moldy. Nothing that a good attention to detail cleaning crew couldn’t fix. It also does not have a dishwasher which is not a big deal but the dishwasher detergent on the counter and directions to load the dishwasher before leaving was confusing.the TV system is confusing. The wires had a poor connection so it had to be rewired with the help of supporting the box with books-call to property management was not helpful- there has to be a better system! Also difficult to see the stunning view from the inside through the dirty windows. If cleaned on a regular basis the salt air film should be manageable the sliding glass door is not for the weak- it takes a lot of effort to open and close the door"
