"Los Suenos Pura Vida!
We had a wonderful holiday at Casa Tropical. Josue from HRG did such a fantastic job managing the reservation, airport transfers, activites, meals,fishing, massage, etc.

Casa Tropical is clean, spacious, very comfortable, with beautiful pool/spa and landscaping, and very well equipped for our group. Los Suenos resort is gorgeous. The marina and golf course are world class. The house is terrific for a couples vacation or a large family reunion. It is a very versatile floorplan.

A incredible highlight for us was a day aboard the DREAM CATCHER. We caught tons of yellow fin tuna and a HUGE Marlin. One of the most special days ever for our travel gang. It was not "fishing" it was "catching". To top off the day, Chef Junior prepared a delicious meal at Casa Tropical.

Hats off to Mike, Josue, and the HRG Vacations team. You guys are doing a superb job.

Oh yeah, COSTA RICA is awesome too! We have already reserved the same dates in 2025.

"BEST VACATION EVER!!!!
We took our family of 10 to Costa Rica for the first time not knowing what to expect. It was above and beyond all my expectations. Our house was perfect fit for for our family. Harold and Nancy was so helpful. We set up what’s app so it was easy to communicate with each other. Los Suenos is beautiful. There is something for all ages. Our family said it was the best vacation ever and that is saying a lot for my group. Jimmy T did a great job with all our meals. The kids loved the freedom of driving the golf carts...and that beach club is unbelievable. The only thing I would say it is much prettier than the pictures. Thank you Mike for all you did. "

"Friends that travel together have fun together
The home was beautiful and offered WiFi. Our 3-day stay was way too short. I stayed in the master bedroom with double rain shower heads which were great, but I like a bathtub when on vacation. This home exceeded my expectations. "

The place was perfect for our family vacation with young children. The home is in a resort (felt very safe), with swimming pools, pool clubhouse and activities nearby. "Awesome family vacation
A late group of us went with 6 young kids. Plenty of room for all of us! Pool was amazing. The housekeeping and maintenance were Eccles the as well as our concierge. Great location with a 3 minute golf cart ride to the marina with lots of yummy food. Kitchen is better stocked than my own house! Would highly recommend.

Asuggestion would be a cooler or mini fridge in the pool bar. Also, the smaller bedroom on the second floor could use some sprucing up. "

"Fantastic Family Vacation
Our family of 3 generations -- from 4-74 -- had the most wonderful experience. It was our best vacation ever! Casa Tropical was the headquarters, and we added a condo at Los Suenos to fit us all. The house has comfortable, spacious bedrooms with lovely bathrooms. The shared spaces were perfect for gathering, talking, eating, swimming. All 9 kids from 4 to 15 lived in the pool between terrific excursions to surf, zip-line, see the monkeys, all arranged by the responsive, good-humored concierge Luis. Our always smiling housekeeper Reyna did a fantastic job keeping us in dry towels and cleaned kitchen -- no easy job. The layout of the house lends itself well to families. It could not have been better. We will always have wonderful memories of our week at Los Suenos."

Todo en la casa estaba muy ordenado y limpio. El servicio fue muy atento a las necesidades del grupo que se hospedó en la casa.

Incluyo cuatro puntos como oportunidades de mejora: 1. Tener un manual para detallar control de aires acondicionados y uso de equipo de sonido. 2. Revisar baterías de aires (yo tuve que cambiar las baterías del aire del segundo piso de la casa) 3. El cuarto más pequeño con cama queen no enfría lo suficiente. 4. La entrada y salida de personal debe estar coordinada con los inquilinos. En nuestro caso buscábamos tener un espacio privado y silencioso y no estaba clara de quien del personal de servicio iba a entrar ni cuando.

Aparte de esto la casa es muy cómoda y fue perfecta para lo que estábamos buscando. "

"Review of Casa Tropical
I would not recommend this rental company to anyone. The house was awesome but after we left I was notified that we were being charged $300 for towels that were either missing or stained. I suggest if you are going to rent then you should inventory these. We met some locals who stated that this company never gave back the entire deposit back. We payed a lot of money for the rental and have no idea how they came up with missing or stained towels. I had one of our local friends go to the rental agency and pick up the towels in question and give them to some locals who were poor to use. We had an awesome experience in Costa Rica other than this. "
