Ipo Hale, right in the heart of Hanalei! Just a few steps away from "The Cape" @ Hanalei Bay, this 3 bedroom/2 bath house has a newly remodeled bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower, large lanai and super cute "beach chic" furnishings. Super cool vibe for a super fun trip in Hanalei!

The house sits in back of it's sister house, Kuuipo, so is off Weke Rd from any road noise. The house is well stocked with beach gear, a fully stocked kitchen, linens, everything you could need. The master bedroom has a King size bed, an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and a small lanai, plus is set away from the other 2 bedrooms for privacy. The living room is spacious + has air conditioning as well. The kitchen has a large island that seats 4 people with extra seating for 6 at the dining table. On the other side of the house are two more bedrooms that share the second, newly remodeled, bathroom. The first bedroom has a nice Queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin size beds.

In addition to booking your vacation home, we are happy to assist you with booking any and all activities for you at no extra charge! We can book zip lining, boat tours, luaus, surf lessons, in-house massages, private Pilates/yoga classes, surfboard rentals, bike rentals, stand up paddle boards, and much more! We live here so we know the best tour guides, charters and vendors on island. Let us know how we can make your trip one to remember!

Ipo Hale is managed by (Property Management), a boutique property management company located on the North Shore of Kauai. Our goal is for each guest to feel special and to leave with a true sense of aloha. We want each stay with us to be as amazing as possible so we are available to help with whatever you need from arranging private chefs, massages, activities, etc. In addition, we take pride in the fact that we use all eco-friendly products in our homes and stock each house with fresh fruit, Malie Organic amenities + other island goodies. Accommodations Cancellation Policy: If the Guest cancels the reservation more than ninety (90) days prior to arrival, all payments received will be refunded, less a Two Hundred Fifty and 00/100 ($250.00) processing fee. If the Guest cancels the reservations ninety (90) days or less from the arrival date, all payments received are non-refundable (Security Deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded regardless of cancellation date) unless the Premises can be re-rented for the dates previously reserved. In the event that the Premises are re-rented, Guest will be refunded any amounts that have been recouped by SKV, on behalf of the Owner, through re-renting, less 20%.

"Exceeded Expectations
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home this Summer. From the moment we walked into your home we felt at home - not at a rental. It just felt warm and welcoming. Beyond the general “feel” there were many elements that stood out for us making this a home that lined up very well with our personal preferences.

I’ll start with the inside �� - we loved the open great room/kitchen layout making the home feel bigger than the square footage would indicate. We loved the hardwood floors, the views of the mountains/rainbows/waterfalls from the living room windows and were pleasantly surprised by the two ukuleles - I actually had been wanting to learn the instrument and ended up going thru a few of the lessons in the accompanying lesson book. I am planning to continue to play while back in Manhattan Beach (where we live).

The house was also very clean, meticulously decorated/organized, and simply made sense. We also appreciated the no microwave situation - been trying to veer away from it ourselves. Our girls loved their bedrooms as well. And I have to touch on the “window to the jungle” that is the master bath. It has many design elements similar to our home and it can almost be considered a piece of art.

Now let’s go outside. The deck hammock and it’s view of the powerful and beautifully massive tree �� in the neighbor’s yard was a perfect spot to spend sunrise and rain showers. The deck served many functions for us but mainly served as a perfect dining area for all meals. The outdoor shower was as good as I’ve seen (and I’ve seen a lot ��). With privacy allowing for full nudity and an amazing view of jungle and mountains, every shower was a relaxing and invigorating experience. Finally, I also enjoyed marveling at all the beautiful surfboards on the racks under the house before and after each shower ��.
