Everything about the San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible, including the desirable zero entry pool perfect for the entire family. This 17th floor 1419 sq ft condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sunset. The floor to ceiling windows offers unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico.

This unit offers guests a fully equipped modern kitchen, wet bar, as well as additional seating at the kitchen’s breakfast bar. Create lasting family memories while enjoying a meal together at the unit’s 6-person dining room table. But don’t stop there! Move into the living area to relax or choose to watch another episode of your favorite series in the living area’s large HDTV. Gulf views are accessible through the living area’s balcony. The expansive balcony is the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage while taking in the stunning views of our white sandy beaches.

The Master Bedroom offers guests a King bed, HDTV, and private full bathroom with His/Her sinks. After a long day at the beach, relax and enjoy the master bathroom’s large Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 offers an additional King Bed while Bedroom 3 offers 2 Full Size Beds. Each bedroom offers guests an HDTV. Two additional bathrooms are available that each offer a Tub/Shower combo. Towels/washcloths are provided. No need to stress with the vacation laundry pile up! This unit offers full-size washer and dryer.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: You will purchase your parking passes separately on site-we will send details in check in instructions, amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen, community pool, linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. No boats, RV's or trailers are permitted.

HOA requires their guests to be 25 or older. They will not issue parking passes to anyone under the age of 25. A driver's license will be required and a rental agreement must be signed to confirm reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

"1705 San Carlos
Condo was clean and spacious. There were a few maintenance issues that we brought to managements attention and they were addressed immediately. Staff was super friendly and quick to respond. The only issue they couldn’t fix was the primary bath shower door. It wouldn’t close all the way and they couldn’t fix that. The only real complaint we had was that the primary bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was hard and sank in the middle. Otherwise, our stay was quite nice. "

"Excellent Gulf Shores Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in San Carlos 1705. The door to the unit was right out from the elevators in an enclosed, air conditioned area. The unit was clean and quite comfortable. The kitchen was stocked pretty well, but could have used more oven mits, sharp knives, and better spoons. The fridge was huge, which was nice because we had my in-laws staying with us. We were able to prepare several meals with ease. The balcony was large and had a lot of nice furniture. The floor of the balcony could have been cleaner. The air conditioning was top notch in the unit. Having a top loading washer was also a plus. We would definitely stay in this unit again. "

"Great place to stay, great location and clean condo.
We loved staying in this beautiful condo. The only thing I would change is the master bedroom mattress. Also I left my favorite Swig tumbler and notified them within 45 minutes of leaving the condo. I was told someone would look for it but I never heard back from them after leaving two messages. Overall I would definitely stay here again we loved it!!!"

"San Carlos 1705 Family vacation
The unit needs a deep clean. Every dish we used had to be washed prior to using. The beds and master bathroom need an upgrade. The unit is nice but the beds felt like sleeping on a box spring. We love the location and have stayed in this building in another unit before. I will say the customer service from (Property Management) was amazing! The air was out when we got there and it was repaired the next morning. "

"Great location
We had a great time. I was not happy about having to pay for two parking passes. You should receive at least one free parking pass if you pay to stay somewhere, you should be allowed to park at least one car. The room had everything you would need. Everyone one working was extremely nice. There was also. $200 cleaning fee but you couldn’t walk around bare footed because your feet would be filthy. So it could have been cleaner. But over all it was a nice place. I would definitely stay at San Carlos again but maybe a different condo. "

"Snowbird Delight!
We had a great stay in this condo. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. The property description was accurate and property management company was excellent to work with. We were on the 17th floor with a great view and never had to wait for an elevator. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and the furniture was really comfortable and sturdy. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend the condo and building to others. "
