Enjoy playing in the lagoon with the little ones when the waves may be too much on the Gulf Side or cross over the 2 lane street to the private beach access to hear the crashing waves of the Gulf. Enjoy fishing? Bring your fishing poles and head down to lagoon pass just down the street. Bel Sole has indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, a small lagoon beach and grills for your catch of the day. The master bedroom suite furnished with a king sized bed comes with an adjoining bathroom containing a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower. The second (queen size bed) and third (two twin size bunk beds) bedrooms come with a full, private bathroom. One of the two bathrooms contains a walk-in shower.

Additional amenities include a wet bar, free Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer.

This unit has everything that you could want for your dream vacation. There is a private fishing pier and an assigned boat slip (number 7) for you to enjoy all the lagoon can offer.

*No guests under the age of 25 unless approved by (Property Management). Driver's License Required at Check-in. A driver's license and a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with (Property Management) must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
