Welcome to Paradise Cove, a beautiful brand-new home (2024) perched above a stunning cove on the calm Caribbean shore of Eleuthera. Enjoy sweeping ocean views, sea breezes, and the sound of gently lapping waves. Paradise Cove has private steps down to the cove, a one-minute walk, where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, fishing and cliff jumping. In the other direction, Paradise cove is a 3-minute walk from Gregory Town with stores and restaurant/bars.
Enter the house into the great room with its 18-foot valued ceiling, and you will be greeted by three sets of French doors that open to the ocean view. To the left is a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, and a wine & coffee beverage station including a beverage cooler and ice maker. Enjoy fresh water and ice with our RO water system! The sink, dishwasher, and undercounter icemaker rest under a large quartz countertop island with barstool seating. There is plenty of counter space to prepare food while entertaining your guests.
The white oak dining table seats eight to ten with a lovely ocean view.
The ocean-view living area features a built-in entertainment center around a 75” smart TV, two large couches, coffee table, comfy swivel glider chairs and window seats.
Paradise Cove features a split house bedroom design. On one side of the house is the master bedroom with a full en-suite bath with walk-in shower, queen bed with underbed storage for luggage, a closet with a dresser, hanging bar for clothes and luggage racks and French Doors that open to the ocean view.
On the other side of the house are two guest bedrooms that share a second bathroom with a soaker tub/shower and a hall linen closet. The kids bedroom, perfect for children or teens, features two custom-built twin-over-queen bunk beds, fitted with reading lights, which can sleep up to six guests. It is equipped with underbed dressers, a closet with a dresser, hanging bar for clothes, luggage racks and a luggage shelf.
The third bedroom features a queen bed with underbed storage for luggage, a closet with a dresser, hanging bar for clothes and luggage racks.
A laundry room with a washer/dryer, sink, and beach equipment can be found in the hall entrance.
Lounge on the back porch, taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean, while relaxing on a swinging daybed or on loungers with your favorite beverage. Or step down the path to our adventurous cove, often referred to as a swimming pool, and dive into water activities. On lazy days, just float your cares away or relax in our private cabana by the water. After a day on the cove or the beach, enjoy our private outdoor shower. And grill your fresh lobster and fish on our outdoor grill. Our deck is also perfect for sunbathing and stargazing.
Paradise Cove is a 5-minute drive to stunning Gaulding Cay Beach where you can enjoy beach activities on famously calm water. Two minutes further brings you to the Queens Baths and the Glass Window Bridge, both with breath-taking views.
Paradise Cove is a 3-minute walk to Gregory Town which has two grocery stores, “JCs” and “7 to Eleven”. Dine at Unca Genes, which serves everything from grouper to chicken wings, or Pittman’s Cove which serves a famous fresh conch salad. Both restaurants have full bars. Shop at Pam’s Island Made Gift Shop and pick up your local spirits at Mr. Bones. A five-minute drive will take you to famous Daddy Joe’s where they have Taco Tuesday and local bands.
Amenities at Paradise Cove include AC and ceiling fans throughout, WIFI, smart TV (built-in access to Netflix, Prime Video, the Apple TV app, Disney+, HBO Max4 and instant access to over 300+ free LG Channels), speakers, books and games, whole house and RO water and ice water system, washer/dryer, laundry sink, three kayaks, boogie boards, floats, beach chairs, cooler, outdoor shower, cabana next to the water, outdoor grill, deck for sunbathing and stargazing. The driveway to the house is a dirt road, so we recommend a jeep or SUV.

Nearby Activities in Gregory Town
Gregory Town stands in the center of Eleuthera against a backdrop of hills, which break the landscape's usual flat monotony. A village of clapboard cottages, it was once famous for growing pineapples. Though the industry isn't as strong as it was in the past, the locals make good pineapple rum out of the fruit, and you can still visit the Gregory Town Plantation and Distillery, where it's produced. You're allowed to sample it, and we can almost guarantee you'll want to take a bottle home with you.
Things To Do in Gregory Town
At a narrow point of the island a few miles north of Gregory Town, a slender concrete bridge links two sea-battered bluffs that separate the island's Central and North districts. Sailors going south in the waters between New Providence and Eleuthera supposedly named this area the Glass Window because they could see through the natural limestone arch to the Atlantic on the other side. Stop to watch the northeasterly deep-azure Atlantic swirl together under the bridge with the southwesterly.. read more
