This beautiful new home is perched on a cliff overlooking the Caribbean, with 50-mile ocean and sunset views. Blue Love has private steps right down into the calm water of the Caribbean Sea. The snorkeling behind this house is spectacular!
Located in the private community of Oleander Gardens, Blue Love Point has access to Oleander’s private Caribbean beach, a 5-minute walk from the house.
Blue Love Point consists of two complete apartments connected by an external stair. The upstairs apartment has three bedrooms and two baths. The downstairs apartment has two bedrooms and one bath. This property is rented to just one group at a time. You would never share the property with any other guest.
Enter the upstairs apartment into the enormous great room with 20-foot ceilings and sweeping ocean and sunset views through a wall of windows facing the sea.
To the right there is a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances. The extra-large kitchen island is perfect for breakfast or for a party gathering.
In front of you, a wall of windows and a French door leads you out to the vast veranda where you feel almost suspended in the air above the sea. It is furnished for lounging and for dining.
Back inside, the living area is furnished with two full-sized sofas and equipped with a smart flat screen TV. The dining area can seat six with four more at the kitchen island and another four on the veranda. The furnishings and décor are a mix of old British Colonial and modern simple Caribbean style.
To the left of the great room is the master bedroom with a king-size four-poster bed, full en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, and a French door leading out to the veranda for morning coffee.
The other two bedrooms on this floor are the guest bedroom with twin beds (twin beds can be converted to a king) and an ocean view, and the antique bedroom furnished with an antique full bed. This is the only room without an ocean view.
There is a second full bath on this level, also with a walk-in shower, which serves the two guest bedrooms and the great room.
Descend a flight of external stairs to the downstairs apartment, and you will feel like you are in a garden with the sea at arm’s reach. Like the upstairs, the downstairs enjoys a vast private veranda with spectacular views of the Caribbean.
The downstairs apartment has two bedrooms, the larger with a queen bed and an ocean view, and the smaller with a twin bed and an ocean view. The great room features a full kitchen with all appliances except a dishwasher. The living area is furnished with futon that folds out into a bed. The downstairs apartment has one full bath with a walk-in shower.
Amenities at Blue Love Point include AC throughout, WIFI, smart TV with roku box, washer/dryer, some books and games, two paddleboards and a lovely new outdoor shower.

Oleander Gardens is a safe, friendly community of approximately 25 houses bordering the five-star Cove Resort. It is located 20 minutes from North Eleuthera Airport and beautiful Harbor Island. There are a number of excellent restaurants within a short drive including The Cove, Ocean Tally, The Rainbow Inn, The Glass Window Café, and Daddy Joe’s Bar and Grill.
Eleuthera is most famous for its 100 miles of spectacular, deserted beaches. It has a population of just 8000, and everyone knows everyone. It’s famous for being very safe. The snorkeling and diving on the island are world class. There are many reefs which you can snorkel or dive right from the beach. The fishing is also excellent, because the island is so undeveloped and thinly populated. Bonefishing is very big, as is deep sea fishing and reef fishing. You can fish on your own or hire a guide. Boating, surfing, and other water sports are also popular. You can rent power boats, sailboats, sea kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis. You can have a charter captain take you out for fishing, snorkeli

Nearby Activities in Gregory Town
Gregory Town stands in the center of Eleuthera against a backdrop of hills, which break the landscape's usual flat monotony. A village of clapboard cottages, it was once famous for growing pineapples. Though the industry isn't as strong as it was in the past, the locals make good pineapple rum out of the fruit, and you can still visit the Gregory Town Plantation and Distillery, where it's produced. You're allowed to sample it, and we can almost guarantee you'll want to take a bottle home with you.
Things To Do in Gregory Town
At a narrow point of the island a few miles north of Gregory Town, a slender concrete bridge links two sea-battered bluffs that separate the island's Central and North districts. Sailors going south in the waters between New Providence and Eleuthera supposedly named this area the Glass Window because they could see through the natural limestone arch to the Atlantic on the other side. Stop to watch the northeasterly deep-azure Atlantic swirl together under the bridge with the southwesterly.. read more
