ONE PALM HILL is a renovated luxury bungalow villa located on a hilltop with sweeping Atlantic views. The property is beautifully landscaped surrounded by swaying palms, bougainvillea and lush vegetation. Perfectly located, less than a mile from the town of Governor's Harbour and a short walk or one minute drive from famous Twin Coves Beach.

Built by the island’s top custom builder and decorated by its premier designer, ONE PALM HILL is sophisticated yet comfortable. Featuring 3 private large bedrooms each with their own elegant ensuite. The great room has comfortable lounge seating for 8 and features an entertainment centre with flat-screen TV. The dining area can seat up to as many as eight at the table. Four more diners can be accommodated with bar seating at the kitchen counter. The fully equipped kitchen features a cook top range and full size oven, large island with seating for four, stainless steel appliances, and modern concrete counter tops. Walk out to the pool and outdoor dining is off the kitchen. There is a laundry room and large pantry with a full sized washer and dryer just off the kitchen also. You won't ever be without power as the villa is equipped with a large generator which can be handy in the islands!
The 3 bedrooms at ONE PALM HILL each have full en-suite baths. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv. The master bedroom is furnished with a four-poster king bed. The second guest suite is also furnished with a king bed and pool views. The third guest bedroom has twin beds that can convert to a king, as well as a day bed that can open up to queen size bed for 2 additional guests. All bathrooms are elegantly finished in tile and tumbled marble. In addition to three bathrooms, there is an outdoor shower for washing off sand after days at the beach!
Outside the villa there is a wrap-around porch shaded by pergolas, a beautiful pool with shallow seating along one side, lovely spot for enjoying a drink or sunning. There are comfortable chaise lounges and umbrellas. A bbq for grilling up fresh meals! Great views of the Atlantic can be seen from the porch.
ONE PALM HILL is loaded with amenities including a private pool, outdoor shower, AC throughout, high speed internet, four TVs (three smart TV’s), landline phone, X Box, large movie library, portable speaker, books, beach chairs and umbrellas, pool floats and beach toys, snorkel gear, high chair, pack n play, gas grill, and a back up generator.
Governors Harbour the main town on the island is just two minutes away by car. Governor's Harbour has wonderful restaurants, a charming collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking its historic harbour. Buy fresh fish and lobster from fisherman at the town dock, or visit the recently restored Haynes Library, which dates from 1897, for the weekly coffee hour for foreign residents and tourists. Governor's Harbour has grocery stores, restaurants, wine & liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, and a medical clinic. Friday night Fish Fry in Governor's Harbour a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street, is not to be missed.
Eleuthera is most famous for its 100 miles of spectacular, deserted beaches. The island, home to just 8000 residents, is completely safe any time of the day or night. The snorkelling diving, and fishing on the island are world class. Boating, surfing, and other water sports are also popular. You can rent or charter power boats, sailboats, sea kayaks and bikes. You can have a charter captain take you out for excursions of various types. There is excellent sightseeing as well. Eleuthera has vast caves, cliffs, a bottomless ocean hole, many unique beaches, historic churches and 19th century homes, and small villages to explore. Cancellation of or changes to your reservation must be made in writing (e-mail or fax is acceptable). If you cancel more than 90 days before your scheduled arrival, 20% of the total rental amount will retained by Homeowner and the balance refunded to you. If you cancel 90 days or less before your arrival, 100% of your total rental fee will be retained by Homeowner. No-shows, late arrivals, or early departure for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather or illness, are non-refundable. Homeowner recommends trip insurance to protect Renter against loss from such events.
