The alcove on the other side of the kitchen is set up with a set of Jr. Size twin bunks for the kids or adults to both enjoy, perhaps lazing the morning away reading your favorite novel. Meal time is a snap in this cozy kitchenette. Everything you need is here to prepare meals instead of expensive dinners out. You have full size fridge, microwave, range and oven. All of the essentials to complete a basic meal are provided. There's a breakfast bar for you younger sous chef to assist in the magic. The current cost for a parking permit as of 07/01/2024 is $43.30 for the entirety of your stay. The price for a parking permit is to be paid directly to Casa Del Mar. Beach towels are not included so please do not take unit towels to the beaches, no pets allowed, no smoking, must have at lease one person age 21 and older at all times in the unit. Do not remove anything form the units as they are individually owned.
