Guest must observe quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am. Beach towels are not included so please do not take unit towels to the beaches, no pets allowed, must have at least one person age 21 and older at all times in the unit. Do not remove anything form the units as they are individually owned. One Parking Permit per Condo guaranteed- Secondary by availability and issued on first come first serve basis until they run out.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund 41 days prior to arrival and no refunds after that
