4 bedroom, 2 bath (plus two separate vanity areas) 4th floor condo with two large balconies, each with a view of the sugar white beach and Gulf. Watch for dolphins! Turn around and you can see a view of the Sound with a fire-works display every Thursday evening in the summer months. You will have your own covered parking for your vehicle. The condo has two master suites, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a king. The third bedroom has twin beds. The den has full sized twin bunk beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen t.v., as does the den and living room. All areas of the unit are tiled. There is a cook’s dream, fully equipped kitchen, and the complex has grills available at the picnic area by pool. The unit is equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas. There is WiFi access in every room.
We all love family and friends, but this 1640 sf condo allows everyone to escape to their own space when they feel the need!!
The swimming pool is beach-side, and is heated during the cooler months. The tennis court is beside the parking lot. You will have your own covered parking for your vehicle. The Emerald Isle complex was fully renovated in 2016, at a cost of over four million dollars.
Enjoy local restaurants and the shopping convenience of Ft. Walton Beach but all the tourist amenities of close-by Destin (six miles).
No smoking in the unit or on the balconies. No pets allowed (the owner has severe allergies).
Renters must be over 25 years old.

Cancellations to any reservation results in forfeiture of $200.00 advance rent deposit. Changes to the booking have to be made Thirty (30) days prior to arrival for Short Term reservations. Sixty (60) days prior to arrival for Monthly reservations. Once final balance is paid there are NO REFUNDS due to cancellation. If you have purchased Travel Insurance with CSA you would need to contact them with questions regarding claims.1-866-4018

Full payment is due fourteen (14) prior to arrival for SHORT TERM reservations. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashier’s checks, or a personal check if not we will bill your credit card on file for these charges.
MONTHLY rentals must be paid by check or cash only Thirty (30) DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

"Below Par
The unit was VERY dated! Two of the burners on the stove did not work. The guest toilet would not flush properly and we had to take the lid off every time we flushed it. The tubs would not drain so we stood in a puddle of water every time we took a shower. The unit was not clean when we arrived. Beds very uncomfortable, one had a spring popping up. Would not stay at this location again. Unit needs drastic updates to support the cost. "

"Our Experience
Besides, where we stayed, we had a great time, the beds were terribly uncomfortable. The king room and the bunk bed room are pretty much together the only thing separating them is a door that slides with a dresser in front of it so either room can hear everything! The floor was dirty, and dust was everywhere. Windows had a film on them, and black mold was on all vents, and kitchen light. I will upload pictures. For the money we paid it was NOT worth it should have been WAY WAY cleaner."

our flight leaving was an hour late, causing us to miss our next flight, waited 6 hrs to get on next flight, finally got to florida at midnight, were stuck on plane for 90 mins., had to go down portable stairs through paking lot to get into airport, (american airlines, late for getting our condo, and rental car, got to condo at 3 am, condo is ok, 2 rolls of small 1 ply toilet paper, no paper towels, no sponges or brushes to wash pans, opening to master bed is covered by a dressor, no privacy, if your gettin it on, place was probably built in the 50s, or 60s, still the same plumbing fixtures, toilets get stuck,constantly wasting water, kithen small, about 1.5 thin persons allowed, no ice, we left toilet paper, paper towels, ice, dish soap, sponges, so maybe the next people wont have to buy, property is ok at best, if it was mine, id put more time into it, also door latches barely close, theres more but im tired for the ****** airline on the way home, american airlines, again...."

Location was Amazing steps away from the Beach. The Rental it self was plenty of space. Rental it self was bad. Blinds been missing pieces , Top stove burner hardly work . No extra bed sheets. Pots and pans dirty and all burnd up. Rental it self needs updated. "

"A very average stay at the condo.
The condo did not have an iron, but an ironing board. The light in the vent in the bathroom to right of the kitchen was inoperable. The vent switch above the stove was inoperable. When we contacted maintenance they showed up and didn't accomplished anything. "

"Prime location, needs some TLC
The location of the property and interaction with both the property management team and the property owner were fantastic. The rental unit itself was not up to expected standards with furniture and mattresses in need of an upgrade. The size was perfect for our large group and the cost was indicative of what you get. It could be a five star rental with some upgrades and attention to detail. In the end, it suited our needs."
