The master bedroom features a king sized bed, walk in closet, a beautiful en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, and endless storage space. Wake up to the sounds of the Gulf and enjoy the sights from your private balcony just steps away. Now onto the second and third bedrooms which each have their own en suite bathroom! The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and a walk in shower. The third bedroom also contains a queen sized bed with a tub and double sinks in the bathroom. The unit has a full size washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. The property amenities such as the pools, grills, and fitness center are just two floors down! The 100% cancellation loss can be avoided if: (1) Red Sky rental vacation insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is a reason covered under the travel insurance; or (2) can re-rent the unit for the full term of the original rental period, in which case the guest will be charged 10% of the total paid as rebooking fee. Prior to arrival, if a guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit, normal cancellation penalties may apply, whether they are insured or not. Refunds issued by will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. Refunds are payable to the guest within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared our account.
