Prior to arrival, if a guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit, normal cancellation penalties may apply, whether they are insured or not. Refunds issued by will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. Beautiful corner unit right on the beach with spectacular views of the gulf coast. Condo comes as listed and is clean and well maintained. Quiet and safe area, and the extra perks (such as a free round of golf or a boat ride ticket) are a nice addition. Great communication with Brooks & Shorey Resorts throughout booking and our stay. One suggestion is to include a small bottle of dish soap with the unit."

The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. It is beautifully decorated and the both beds were comfortable. The views were amazing and the complex is very nice and quiet. Loved having beach service included with the stay. Will definitely stay at this condo again!!"

ETW 4000 is an end unit with spectacular views. One of the first things we noticed it was very clean and well maintained. Each bedroom had a king bed which is a plus. It's a very well equipped unit. Books and games are available. Food great at Stewby's, terrible at AJ's. B&SR provided great customer service. Would stay there again. Consider though - only counter seating for eating, not even a small table."

"Great October Vacation
My Wife and I stayed at ETW 4000 for the 1ST 3 weeks in October,2023. The condo unit was very clean and well decorated.We liked the area where the condo was located because the traffic is not heavy and it has good side walks for your morning walks.The condo is located right on some of the most beautiful beaches in gulf. There many restaurants near by and Destin is just a short distance away and it has many great restaurants. Our favorite restaurant in Destin is BoShamps.The amenities that come with the property are great and they are free.I liked the free beach chairs and that I could play golf free every day at local courses.The management was easy to work with and take care of anything you needed.I am looking forward to spending next October there again."

"A great location and a beautiful apartment
This was our first stay in this apartment and I have to say, it was a great experience. The place was exactly as described, the response from Brooks and Shorey was outstanding and you can't beat the location, right on the water. We loved the corner unit, letting in more light and allowing us an extended balcony outside. The location was excellent and we'd definitely come back here when staying in this area again."

"Comfortable beach getaway
We were very comfortable in this property. Being a corner unit, there was a lot of natural light and wonderful views. The beds were very comfortable. It seemed like a sort of memory foam mattress.
CONS: Due to our flight arriving late, we had to find the property in the dark. This proved to be a problem since the exterior sign was not lit.
There is a porch light just outside the front bedroom that can not be turned off. That might bother some folks. Finally, please clean the track for the sliding door and add some silicone spray or WD40 so it doesn't stick."
