This updated unit at the Surf dweller complex is very large. It sleeps 6 people with a King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen and a Twin bed in the guest bedroom and a twin size daybed in the living area. This condo is not set up like any other in the complex. The view from the extra-large balcony is enjoyed from the living room, dining area and extra-large kitchen with brand new cabinets and Refrigerator. the living area has a built-in bar area that runs the entire width of the room with all new cabinets, sink and refrigerator. This condo has never been a rental condo so as you would expect it is super well stocked for a family stay. Each room has a flat screen TV and DVD players. This condo also has Wi-Fi internet. This condo has to be seen!

Cancellations to any reservation results in forfeiture of $200.00 advance rent deposit. Changes to the booking have to be made Thirty (30) days prior to arrival for Short Term reservations. Sixty (60) days prior to arrival for Monthly reservations. Once final balance is paid there are NO REFUNDS due to cancellation. If you have purchased Travel Insurance with CSA you would need to contact them with questions regarding claims.1-866-4018

Full payment is due fourteen (14) prior to arrival for SHORT TERM reservations. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashier’s checks, or a personal check if not we will bill your credit card on file for these charges.

"Return Vacationers
We have stayed at the Surf Dweller Condos for over 25 years and this unit several times in recent years. It is well equipped, especially the kitchen. The reconfiguration of the unit has its pluses and minuses but we like it and being able to eat while looking out over the water is a plus. A personal preference would be that all the units use black-out curtains in the bedrooms. And a recommendation to the cleaning crew would be to double check the tea kettle and the Keurig to make sure water isn't left in them. Renters don't know how long the water has been there and the inside of the kettle needed some attention when we got there. Otherwise, no complaints. It is a lovely unit right on the beach and very spacious. The owners have lots of little extras available to use. Close to one of our favorites, Stewby's and just about anywhere else you'd like to eat. We are beach people so don't spend a lot of time doing other activities but there is plenty to do with kids and adults nearby. FWB is becoming more crowded as more people discover our paradise. The new proposals for Santa Rosa Blvd concern me with more and more people renting. However, this has nothing to do with the owner of this condo, just an observation on the amount of traffic on the Island and between there and Destin nowadays. We love FWB and have never vacationed anywhere else in Florida. Definitely recommend Surf Dweller and this unit."

"Great Stay at the Beach
We had a wonderful week at the beach and loved the condo. Would not hesitate to stay again, but next time we'll book direct through (Property Management)s! They were very easy to work with and we had no problems whatsoever. I love the location of the Surf Dweller. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Condo great - Condo complex not so great
I don’t have a lot of complaints about the actual condo itself. It was very clean and very large. It had a great view. The only negatives about the condo is that there was no hot water in the sink in the kitchen. Also, the ice maker in the wet bar did not work. Otherwise, it was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable.
The negative side of this, unfortunately for the owners of this condo, are things that they do not have direct control over. The complex I was not impressed with at all. The elevators were a huge issue every single day. They broke down every day. Some days we had to carry our beach wagon up and down stairs. The pool was subpar. Parking was not great. One night we got home and there were no parking spots left. We had to make our own parking spot (along with three other vehicles). The free beach service was done a little weird in my opinion.
Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. Not because of the condo itself, but because the complex needs to get its stuff together."

"Great views
Overall this was a great stay! There were a few things wrong with unit but overall a good experience. Second bathroom sink was stopped up from day one. Ice machine at bar does not work and small fridge at bar doesn’t get very cold. Screen door at living area doesn’t work very well. All of these items didn’t matter a great deal except sink problem and all of these items would be easily fixed so still a great place to stay. The view and large patio were awesome. Thanks for a great stay as we got married on the beach in front of the condo. Great memories! "

"My favorite place to go and stay!
Oh, where do I even begin? We have been coming to this complex for years and it never disappoints us. It is so beautiful here inside and out. We have had many different condos in this complex and all have been great. You have the comfort of everything at your finger tips on a quite part of the beach. We starting coming here years ago when our kids were little now this year is our 1st time with another couple it was great! Alicia and her staff are great and we will defiantly be returning again. "Love this large, well stocked unit.
We have stayed in this unit several times and we love it. It is large and the kitchen is wonderful. It is well stocked, so you can cook anything. The unit is well maintained, and the rental agency responded immediately when the coffee pot broke. We drove a block to their office and they supplied a new one right away. The views are great and the balcony provides privacy from other units. "

"Troubled
On last day we were hassled by the cleaning party at 9:00 AM to leave the unit so they could clean it. Also the Hollis office called at 9:45 AM asking us to leave!!! We had planned and did leave at 10:00 AM. "

"Family of 6
Condo has a amazing view. Pictures on the internet fail to show the true size of the condo, family of six had plenty of room. This condo is a hidden gem, owner has gone out of their way to make sure you have the little things that we all forget to bring with us avaiable to us use. My only complaint would be, upgrade the washing machine and put a hand held shower head in the master bath shower, it’s to big not to have one. Washing machine is a preference issue

"WONDERFUL Condo for Couples or Family
The condo was wonderful...totally renovated! It was just myself and spouse that stayed in the condo, but this would be the perfect condo for two couples, girl's trip, or family. This condo was fully loaded with all the amenities of home...down to the boogie boards!!! The living/kitchen was very open with windows all the way across and balcony. Also, there was a bar with small frig and ice maker. Great place, great location, great grounds and I would definitely request this unit again!"

Wonderful unit totally different from any we have stayed in for the last 13 years. Kitchen being relocated to where most units have master bedroom is great.
Only draw back is owner has their stuff in every drawer, closet, cabinet and completely full under every bed. Not totally a problem but greater problem than we have ever experienced ever before."

This condo was as described in the advertisement. Super close to the beach and extremely comfortable. It had all the amenities you could imagine. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent the condo again. The only problem we encountered was with the master bedroom shower... it leaked into the condo below us and we were asked to not use the shower. "

"Winter vacation
Overall our experience was fine. The issues we had were: The height of the mattress in the master bedroom was too high difficult to get in and out of bed. The guest room only had a double bed and single bed. Due to the design and the items left in the closets by the owner the storage space was limited. There were many stains on the carpet (the rental firm had the carpets cleaned). The A/C unit was not working(the rental agency made arrangements to have the unit replaced).There is no lounge chair in the living room. There is only a day bed that sleeps one (most units have a queen size hide-a-bed)."

"Enjoyed it so much I really don't want to share!
We loved our place, the location and the condo was perfect! The amenities were plenty, the comfortable beds allowed us a restful night. We were close enough to buzz right over to Destin for some "touristy" stuff. But in reality what we enjoyed most was the patio, the beach and the great things we found in the water right in front of the condo! We are already planning our trip for next year and I'm pretty sure will do a repeat with and #507. "
