The great room and open plan dining area are both tastefully decorated and have views to the bay.
The first master bedroom has king bed, sitting area and large master bathroom. Sliding doors onto the patio so waterviews enjoyed from the bedroom.
The second master has the most awesome view across the bay and to the public boat launch and outside this bedroom there is a brand new shower room. Third bedroom has queen bed and has garden views.
Leading out to the pavered pool area through one of the multiple sliding doors you will definitely want to spend a lot of time here.
There is an outdoor kitchen with grill and refrigerator along with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
There is also a third shower room off the patio and there is a additional outdoor shower for washing off after the beach.

Lemon Ave is a nice quiet lane that you can walk to the beach.
Enjoy close by restaurants on Manasota Key and a short drive up to  Venice for shopping.
The area has so many nice places to enjoy.
