Paradise Point - East Pass 404 - Destin, FL vacation rental

This is the escape to Florida's Emerald Coast that you've been looking for! Paradise Point is a brand new vacation rental, located at the tip of Holiday Isle, in Destin, FL. With the most mesmerizing of harbor views, and a wide, spacious floorplan, you're sure to fall in love just as we did!

Upon entering the condo, you'll be greeted with spanning Destin Harbor water views and sunshine that lights the way. The huge living room boasts a big, new fluffy sectional and a large flat-screen TV. Eat in at the dinner table for 6 or the breakfast bar for 3, and enjoy cooking in the huge kitchen, all while taking in those amazing views. We've stocked the kitchen for you with all the necessities needed to make a home-cooked meal, and we also have a coffee maker, toaster oven, and a blender for smoothies or margaritas!

The master bedroom rests on the left side of the condo, separated from the two guest rooms, which are to the right of the kitchen. Your master has a comfy King bed, TV, and a huge ensuite bathroom - equipped with custom closets, double vanity, and a walk-in shower. One of your guest rooms has a King bed while the other has a Queen, and both have smart TVs where you can login to your favorite streaming apps (the living room and master bedroom are the only rooms with cable service). You'll also find custom-built closets in each of these bedrooms as well. The shared bathroom has a linen closet, single vanity, and shower/tub combo.

Paradise Point has 2 waterfront balconies: one is shared by the living room and master bedroom while the second balcony is shared by the two guest rooms. Each has their own epic views of the harbor, and if you rest long enough, you'll even catch some dolphins cruising by!

One of the main draws to this condo is the lively vibe and action across the harbor. You can catch fishing boats going in and out each day, and beware of the pirate ship that may shoot a cannon or two as they drift by for buried treasure (no real cannons, but you will hear the BOOM!) During season, you'll find East Pass is the perfect spot to catch the weekly fireworks, presented by Harborwalk Village. With so much action day and night, it's important to remember that you may experience some tunes and good vibes audible late into the night from Destin's nightlife.

Holiday Isle is the perfect place to take a walk, run, or bike ride - with 2.5 miles of paved trails, palm trees, and salty air.

East Pass has access to a private, protected beach inlet facing the Destin Pass (no water access, tanning only). You may also walk over to Norriego Point where you'll find sandy beaches and little coves for swimming! If you're looking for a Gulf-front beach, Henderson Beach State Park and James Lee Park by the Crab Trap restaurant are both short drives away.

We require a selfie along with a valid government ID at time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. The Rental Agreement must also be signed by the card holder, otherwise your reservation will be canceled with full forfeiture.

(Property Management) Cancellation Policy

**Our private homes have different Payment and Cancellation Terms than our standard agreement lists below. Contact (Property Management) before booking for more information.**

a. For guests staying less than 25 nights: Cancellation requests received more than 36 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 35 - 22 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 21 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments.

b. For guests staying 25 nights or longer: Cancellation requests received more than 150 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 149 - 121 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 120 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments. Should the property be re-booked for any portion of the Guest's cancelled dates, the Manager will refund the Guest for the amount the Manager was able to re-book. This option is available only for guests staying 25 nights or longer.

c. Cancellation requests must be received from the Guest via written method (email is an acceptable form of written communication). The (Property Management) Team will review your cancellation request and respond with the final acceptance/denial information. Should the Guest not receive a reply email within 48 hours, please re-send your initial request as soon as possible.

d. If the Guest elects to not protect their vacation investments by purchasing travel insurance coverage, please understand that no refunds will be given under any circumstances, except for the instances as stated above.

"Great place and great rental agency!
The condo is in a great location especially if you like snorkeling and fishing. Your walking distance to both. The unit was really clean and maintained well. (Property Management) rental agency was the best. The power to the building was going to be off for a few hours one afternoon. The agency got us 7 tickets for free to the Big Kahuna water park. They had great communication to anything we asked and were completely on top of it. Could not recommend them and this unit more. We will definitely try to use them again next year! "

Most vacation rentals look worse than the online photos, not this one. We normally choose a gulf front view and were apprehensive about this one but we enjoyed its views more than the gulf view. "Fantastic Condo
The condo is beautiful! We loved the balcony probably the most. The view is wonderful and we spent lots of time sitting out and enjoying the beautiful weather. There are three beaches within a few minutes walk. Two are on the bay and the other on the gulf. We saw dolphins from the balcony and on the gulf surfing in the waves. There were seven of us and had plenty of space."
