*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. SunDestin Unit 0718 is a bright, sunny two bedroom, two bathroom condo accommodating up to eight. Delight in the nautical decor and comfy atmosphere of this lovely unit. Prepare meals in the fully-stocked kitchen, complete with stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. Enjoy snacks at the dining table in this open-concept living/dining space. Savor gulf-front views from the balcony or catch a game on the flat screen television in the living room. Relax in the master suite with a king-sized bed, the guest bedroom with two double beds, or the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
