Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. SunDestin Unit 1414 is a vibrant one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. With sorbet-colored walls and bright, tropical furnishings, this unit sets the stage for some fun in the sun. The fully-appointed kitchen is spacious, with plenty of cabinet and counter space, and all can enjoy freshly-prepped meals comfortably at the dining table for four. Watch a game on the flat-screen TV while lounging in the living room in this open-concept living/dining area. Enjoy breathtaking views from the balcony with plenty of seating for all. When the sun finally sets, recline on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

Start the next morning at HarborWalk Marina in the Destin harbor, just five minutes away! Rent waverunners, a pontoon boat, or a kayak and behold the crystal clear waters of the emerald coast up close and personal!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
