*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. The balcony will be temporarily closed and unavailable for use during your stay. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until the Spring of 2025:

The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.

Relax in the living room with flat-screen TV and take in gorgeous views from virtually anywhere in this open-concept living dining space. Enjoy tropical drinks on the private balcony or settle in for the night on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite which houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
