It's time you take the vacation you deserve, and there is no better place to escape than to St Martin Beachwalk Villas 114, in Destin, Florida. Known as our "Pineapple Paradise", this cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is conveniently located on the ground floor so you don't have to worry about stairs or busy elevators. Bringing in groceries has never been easier! You'll have a master bedroom with a king bed, closet, TV, and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, as well as a guest bedroom with their own closet, TV, and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen boasts beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a great breakfast bar. The living room is quite cozy and offers direct access to your patio where you can sit outside, while enjoying a hot cup of coffee in the morning, and let the salty air whip through your hair. The owners include their washer and dryer in the unit for your use as well!

The living room and master bedroom have cable TV. The guest bedroom has a smart TV with internet abilities only. Please bring your own account logins.

Stays more than 25 nights must be paid in full 120 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy is also different than shorter stays - inquire before booking for more info.

(Property Management) has enhanced our cleaning protocols. Our Rest Well linen package allows you to sleep like a rock, knowing all bed linens and spreads are professionally laundered between every stay.

We are more than happy to setup payment plans as you may need, so long as the final payment is paid before the due date. Contact our office to coordinate your payment plan.

We require a selfie along with a valid government ID at time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. The Rental Agreement must also be signed by the card holder, otherwise your reservation will be canceled with full forfeiture.

(Property Management) Cancellation Policy

**Our private homes have different Payment and Cancellation Terms than our standard agreement lists below. Contact (Property Management) before booking for more information.**

a. For guests staying less than 25 nights: Cancellation requests received more than 36 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 35 - 22 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 21 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments.

b. For guests staying 25 nights or longer: Cancellation requests received more than 150 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 149 - 121 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 120 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments. Should the property be re-booked for any portion of the Guest's cancelled dates, the Manager will refund the Guest for the amount the Manager was able to re-book. This option is available only for guests staying 25 nights or longer.

c. Cancellation requests must be received from the Guest via written method (email is an acceptable form of written communication). The (Property Management) Team will review your cancellation request and respond with the final acceptance/denial information. Should the Guest not receive a reply email within 48 hours, please re-send your initial request as soon as possible.

d. If the Guest elects to not protect their vacation investments by purchasing travel insurance coverage, please understand that no refunds will be given under any circumstances, except for the instances as stated above.

"Happy Dayzs
Our experience was a 10 all the way with the rental company! The rental itself was about an 8!! The biggest issue for me was... no place in kitchen for me to store extra food. All the kitchen cabinets were packed (to capacity) with dishes and lots and lots of bowls and containers. You could have had a party with 20 people and not run out of dishes. You have to remover these units are older and even though the owners have done remodeling there will always be SOMETHING you are missing from your home ��. "

We really enjoyed our stay. I always worry about how far “short” walks to the beach are, but this was a great location! The management team was very helpful and responsive. The house is well equipped for a stay. My only wish is that, if the property is available, they would let you access it early without a fee. This is the first time that a stay wanted to charge for that. "

"Very clean and well equipped
This condo definitely met our expectations. The check in process was flawless. The staff with Breath Easy was fantastic, they made sure we were well taken care of. Right when you walked in you could see the condo was clean and well maintained. We stayed for a month and brought our own pot, pans and knives (I love to cook) but we wouldn’t have needed to. There was everything you need to make a gourmet meal and the quality was good. The beds were comfortable and clean. There is a fresh seafood market (Blalocks) right around the corner that we used often. They were awesome!! The walk to the beach thru a private gate was about 3 minutes. My wife and I were impressed. Highly recommend. "

"Great New Years Getaway
Perfect get away. Many things within walking distance and everything was so pretty decorated for Christmas. Accommodations were very nice with a short walk to the beach. The owners have it tastefully decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped. They also provided starters for shampoo, soap, laundry detergent and even coffee filters. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer on-site."

Nicely decorated, comfortable two bedroom/2 baths. It was a a short walk to the beach, where we spent most of our days. We recommend the umbrella service. The pool was a nice treat at the end of each day. Location to the local restaurants, and stores is ideal. "
