Once you exit through the gate, walk to the right and follow the path to the pool area, enjoy! The living area has an open concept, sleeper sofa and a private patio with a view of the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook on vacation and new dishes. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed and private bath. Be sure to bring your boat, this complex offers first come, first serve boat slips for guest. You'll love to sit by the docks and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Heading to the beach? Pack up the car and take the short, 5 minute drive to Whitecap beach.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-(Property Management) promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A Two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
