A fully equipped kitchen with modern, stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage space. Offering a bar that opens to the dining and living space which is great for entertaining. A private entrance directly to the pool makes it convenient to swim all day and stop in for a snack. Make your way out to the private patio that offers lounge chairs to enjoy the Texas breeze. You're in a great location with multiple restaurants within a few miles and easy access to endless miles of our sandy beaches. Come stay with us!

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: (Property Management) promises to launder our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens from our 5500SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation, along with the signature on the Rental Agreement, which is required prior to check in.
-PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION BETWEEN 5-40LBS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.
