Nestled in the heart of Village by the Beach, this stunning 4-bedroom townhouse offers the perfect coastal retreat. Featuring three floors of beautifully decorated interiors, this home boasts an open-concept layout and multiple balconies, allowing you and your family or friends to soak in the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, just steps away.
Situated within the resort-style community, this property offers access to two on-site swimming pools and a children's playground, making it an excellent choice for large families or groups of friends seeking a memorable vacation experience. With the ability to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests, this 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhouse is the ultimate destination for your next beach getaway.
Please be advised that the playground is currently closed until further notice, renovation work will be scheduled before the end of 2024. We have adjusted our rates accordingly and no additional discounts will be applied. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, a sponge, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.
