Located directly on the water with TWO private balconies, this brand new 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse in Aruba Bay Resort has everything you could need and sleeps up to 12 people in comfort. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has plenty of room for everyone to relax in addition to a private patio to sit and enjoy the water views. The amazing kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, an under counter "Sonic" ice machine and all the dishes, pots, pans, and tools to make a fantastic meal. Pelican Point has direct access to the shared dock and boat slips, making this the ideal location to bring your boat and fishing poles.

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: (Property Management) launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS.
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.
