Welcome to Marquesas Complex! Two bedroom, two bath cabana, Toucan Get Away offers a spacious floor plan for the whole family and a private patio with cozy furniture to enjoy the Texas breeze. The master bedroom includes a king bed and private bathroom. The guest bedroom is on the other side of the home, with a queen bed. The guest bathroom is just around the corner with a tub/shower combo. You'll love the large kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and plenty of space to cook meals with the family. CLEAN BED PROMISE
-(Property Management) promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Great Company and Awesome place
The place was just as described and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It was clean and everything functioned as it should. The night before our stay ended, we had to take our 12 y/o to the ER and didn't get back to the property until 4 am. I had left a message with management for a little extra time to check out and they responded early in the morning and told us to take our time with no rush and no charge for going past our 11 am time. They were very courteous and will be the only company I will stay with in the area! Thanks (Property Management). "

"Great getaway
Loved the layout of the small home, our teenage daughter stayed on one side with her own bedroom and bathroom. I like the closed in patio area to store our beach gear. I wish there was a sidewalk outside to walk our dog but other than that we would stay again."

"Our mini weekend stay
The Condos are lined up so cute and colorful! The donut shop is right down the road. Our stay was a quite and short one. The condo was nice that it was separated in half with 2 full bathrooms on each side. The furniture is little the couch was small and the dining table was as well. Like a starter home for a couple. The pool is walking distance from the condo maybe about 6 condos down. There is a restroom to use and a outside rinse off station on the gated pool area. The only thing that was upsetting to me was there were roaches in the kitchen area. I pulled out to get a fork and there was a roach. Then few minutes later there was more roaches coming from underneath the bar top in kitchen. I did take pictures and I also used my reservation paper so the date was included. I also called and informed the office of the matter.

"Perfect little Getaway
These cottages are too cute. Perfect layout with the rooms on opposite sides. Plenty of living room/kitchen/dining room area. We even had a queen blow up and still had plenty of room. The outside area was the best. Water hose to rinse off all your stuff. We kept our fishing gear and ice chests in the back. Just enough privacy! The shared pool was fun. Family friendly and a nice break from the beach. We loved it so much we booked another stay next month. (Property Management) has been our go to booking for the past 2 years. I will always use them. Very kind, easy to get a hold of (if needed) and always a super nice staff. "

"Never again!
I have stayed at this location over the last 5 years and I have never had a problem like this before. I will not be staying at this location again. The weeds were overgrown, the pool key did not work, the wifi did not work, the master bathroom sink did not drain, and worst of all we fought off coachroaches from the moment we walked in to the minute we left. Totally disgusted with this rental! "

"Wonderful 2 month break from winter
My wife and I stayed at this cottage for 2 months this winter and had a wonderful stay. The cottage is nicely located on the Padre Island close to all conveniences. It is in a quiet neighborhood with some units rented and some permanent residents. It a very spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It is well maintained and managed by Padre escapes who were a very "hands on" company. They even sent us a notice that there was a watermain break nearby and we may be out of water which allowed us time to pick up some extra at the local cvs store. The only shortfall in the well equipped kitchen was the lack of a kettle and no bbq. The beds were very comfortable, the sofa bed, well its a sofa bed , enough said. Great stay, great location and most of all fantastic people!! We are already booked to return to Padre Island. We love being winter Texans!"

"Villarreal vacation #103
The house was clean an orderly. Beds and couch were very comfortable, room size was perfect. Located close to everything not to far f on stores. , restaurants, etc..some things we found could be better wast the kitchen. There were no baking pans and the vent hood didn't work. Other than that our stay was awesome!"

Beautiful cottage; beds were wonderful; kitchen was great; bathrooms were updated and appeared new. Wish it had a view and more outdoor space. only complaints: waterfall on pool didn't work, several roaches were found in rental, but may have come in when we left door open."

"Sugar shack
Awesome little house. Perfect for our vacation. It had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a BBQ grill outside, but that's okay. We made due without one. Also I heard our neighbors in 101 or 102 had a spa in their backyard. That would have been the icing on the cake. Maybe next time! Just let me know."
