"Beach condo review
We love this location we have been staying in these condos for years now and all the others had Kuerig or would provide filters and coffee if still had the old but this unit did not. Also I feel that you need provide better quality toilet paper and paper towels the 1 ply stuff is horrible! But we will stay here again loved the balcony and sat there for hours watching the waves. "

"Memorial Day Weekend
Our stay at this beach view retreat was very pleasant. Very conveniently located by the pool and hot tub. Also, the pond nearby made it nice to go see and fish close by. The owner sent all stay information well in advance and we had a very enjoyable time there. We would definitely stay again."

"Close to everything!
The beds are very comfortable. The balcony has a wonderful view. When having to submit a maintenance request, the response-time was fast and the issue corrected quickly. The TV’s with cable/internet were a challenge to figure out. Some furniture could be updated. Bring your own beach chairs if you want to go to the beach. For this price, we would stay here again. I already miss the paradise of North Padre Island!! "

"Beach Club
Great view from this condo. Plenty of space. These condos are older but you can’t beat the location. (Property Management) is a great management company to deal with. I would suggest replacing cushions on deck chairs and main bath shower curtain. "

This place was amazing and clean, the only down side is that it's on the 3rd floor and the stairs are treacherous. Other than that the place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again, just without my parents. "

For the price of this unit I would expect it to be in better shape. The dishes are in bad shape, some of them should be thrown away. The unit was not kept up. Rotten baseboards are not what you want to see while sitting on the couch. The railing on the balcony seem sturdy enough but it did move a little and had missing hardware. The tub in the bathroom did not drain very fast, looked like it was clogged with hair. As far as out side the unit, it would be nice if the walkway and stairs we better ventilated. Stairs are steep and hot. I did like checking in and out with the app. Pool was nice and clean. "

"We were able to enjoy the stay
This is a nice complex of apartments. Further away from the beach, but this was not the beach was not the reason for our vacation this time so that was OK. We like the view from the balcony. It was still Covid time but not a high season so everything went well.
The apartment was clean. The amenities and furniture could use some update. The main beds were comfortable to sleep. The bathroom sink had rust that was not pleasant to watch each time we had to use it.The utensils and several plates had stains that we couldn't wipe off. They included several pieces from different sets.
This apartment could be much more enjoyable with some attention to details by the owners."

"Great place, not very clean inside unit.
Really enjoyed our stay.
Inside the unit was not very clean. Counters looked like a dirty rag was used to wipe them down. Food caked on utensils, pot and pans, stove top. Hair clogged bath tub and urine around toilets. Very disappointed with the cleaning. "

This condo is a great place to enjoy with your family but it needs some reparations In the ceiling and extra clean because there are big coakroach. In the halls there are spiders and other little insects, please extreme cleaning. "

"Great Unit at a great price!
Great way to spend the first week of vacation. Wife, three kids and I had plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long school year. We had the pleasure of staying 4 nights and this was one of our more memorable trips. The unit is well equipped and maintained. No complaints here. Best part of the stay was the view from balcony. We had ocean, pool and island views. The walk to the pool was close as well. We have stayed at Beach Club many times in various units and this is one of our favorites. Two room condo is definitely worth the extra expense with kiddos. "

"bad experinence
Strted out fine the frig quit working, then power went out was out for 5 days before we packed and headed home leaving 11 days early. Management was not helpful and very dishonest."

"Great experience
The 3rd floor condo was lovely-- spacious and clean and what a great view. The walk to the beach is not long-- a safe and pleasant path. Unit has a TV in every room, washer dryer and fantastic porch facing the ocean. The nearby beach is clean (though i usually prefer Port A) and you are minutes from anything you might need. Service was great too-- i am planning on renting again\!"

"Comfortable with good a/c
The location is walking distance to the beach. The view from the patio is great - swimming pool and beach view. The condo was clean and the check in was super easy. The furniture wasn’t pretty but it was comfy. There are not a lot of outlets but they have some extension cords. Also there are birds nesting in the chimney or air vent and they “coo”. It didn’t bother me too much but it seems like it has been an issue for a while at this location. Corpus Christi closed the beaches due to Covid so we left a day early."

"Excellent location
We were influenced by the details addressing COVID -19 issues which was not the case in most of the other VBROs. Very impressed with the location of this unit. The walk to the beach was about 8 min. on a walkway- eliminating the need to purchase a beach parking pass. The condo was well appointed, clean and neat. The washer & dryer a plus. This overlooked both the pool and the private fishing pond. We would definitely recommend staying w/(Property Management) and especially this unit. Please note: No elevator & stairs to the 3rd floor are a bit steep. There is an extensive contract to review and sign, but nothing out of the ordinary. "

"beautiful place not much rest
the place is beautiful and set up very nice but there was something in our fire place that kept us from getting much rest.
there needs to be a better way to get a hold of a contact person.
i emailed twice and still haven't receive a response but received plenty of emails pertaining to payment.

"A great place for the family
We were really happy with the condo. It was well furnished and very clean, the ac worked will, and the location was fantastic. Be aware that if you are disabled or have a disabled family member that it is on the 3rd story and there are no elevators. Also, bring pillowcases. Other than that we loved it, it's a minute drive to the beach and has a nice view. "

Great location, nice condo that overlooked the pool. The problem was the pull out couch for a sleeping area. Very, very bad mattress. My grand kids were going to sleep on it but they didn't. Felt like springs you were sleeping on. This needs replaced. Place was clean but we were to have some hand soap and bath soap none was left. The office is aware of some of the other issues that can be fixed, hopefully they will fix them. Overall the complex was great and we plan on staying at this property again. "

"We enjoyed it!
The condo has a great view from the balcony, though the 3 story hike was a workout on arrival and departure with all our luggage, groceries, etc. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our young children with the pool right outside and the beach so close by. Definitely a long walk which we were a little disappointed about because some reviews said it was a short block away (not true) but still walkable. We just drove our car onto the beach for convenience anyway. The linens and kitchen supplies were mediocre in quality at best but got the job done. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach vacay with lots of swimming and being outside,this place is perfect. We’d definitely come back. "

"Great property and location
My husband, daughter, son-in-law & granddaughter stayed for 3 nights. Comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen. Loved the location. Close to beach and restaurants. Would recommend for 4 adults only as 6 adults would be crowded. No elevator so have to carry stuff up to 3rd floor. Otherwise great place! Would stay again!"

We just finished our third Winter stay at the Beach Club. After having a poor experience a year ago with a private owner, we decided to use (Property Management). From the beginning with our booking through our entire two months stay we had nothing but positive interactions with the staff. We especially enjoyed working with Taylor and Emily. The response to our questions and problems was always fast, friendly, and courteous. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable and stress free. We have already booked the same unit for next year. "Great Rental
I did a lot of research on many websites and this rental was on most of them. However, I have rented with (Property Management) before so I went to their site directly and they had the best price of all the other sites. The apartment was very clean, as it gets used often, therefore cleaned often. It was the perfect size for us and our price range, had an awesome view of the beach, pool, pond and other parts of the island. The staff was great and got us anything we needed right away and was very pleasant to deal with.
The only thing I would change would be the pull out sofa bed mattress. But luckily, my kids didn't mind it.
We have used (Property Management) the past 2 years and plan to use them from here on out. The big websites that say they find the best prices do not link to them, but for each place I researched (Property Management) had the best prices all over the island and throughout Corpus Christi. They have any type of rental you're looking for. "

"Great Place to Stay
This rental had a full house with my wife and I along with my brother and his young family. It worked out great! The accommodation was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need for a short stay. The view from balcony onto the Gulf and also overlooking the facility pool was a nice bonus. After our day was over we thoroughly enjoyed the nice breeze while relaxing on the balcony. Between the pool and the beach we had no time to try the other amenities the facility had to offer but we were having to much fun! Short walk to the beach for a little exercise... just a block away if that. We preferred to buy the local beach pass for our vehicle at a very reasonable price and just load our things and drive onto the beach. So convenient! Would definitely stay at this rental again! Yes.. it was on the 3rd floor but it was only a minor inconvenience considering we came down once a day and spent on the beach, at restaurants, or shopping and went up once we were ready to wind down for the evening. Really.. you can't beat how nice this rental was and the view off balcony was totally worth it!"

"Family Beach Vacation
Overall rental was very good. Unit was clean and everything was just as pictured. We were very comfotable. We used the pool and hot tub (very nice) but spent most of our time at beach. Beach is walking distance, but we drove since you can park right on the beach. It wasn't an issue for us, but be aware unit is on 3rd floor and only option is stairs. Only small complaint was very dirty/moldy air vent in bedroom."

"Beachview Getaway
Although the weather did not cooperate during our stay, the condo and complex itself was very nice. It is well stocked with everything you might need on a vacation. The outside balcony has a spectacular distant view of the ocean. You will get your workout during your stay, since the condo is on the 3rd floor with stairs being your only option. Also, the floors throughout the condo are extremely slick. The location of the condo is wonderful! "

"Fantastic Experience!
My husband and I rented a condo at the Beach Club while visiting our grandchildren in Corpus Christi. I don't have enough good things to say about our experience. The check in process was seamless, the condo was exactly as it was represented. It was clean, spacious, and had lots of amenities. It was a very short walk to the beach, and the pool area was lovely. The only thing I wished was that the pool was heated. It was freezing cold, and it would have been nice to be able to swim, but other than that we loved it!"

"Awesome Place to stay at
We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Club. Close and easy access to the beach. The Beach club was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Kitchen was fully equipped. The keyless entry was awesome, no keys to carry around. Beds were comfy and the balcony view was breath taking. Reservation, check-in and check-out process was very easy and convenient. They have an app for that! We recommend this place despite the unavailable Wi-Fi at the beach club house(Wi-Fi is available at the gym only)!!! "

"Great View; Great Condo
This condo has one of the best locations in Beach Club, but be warned. You do have to trek up three flights of stairs and being across from the pool comes with a bit of a noise factor when large groups are gathered.
This was our second time at this complex and we found the pool to be very crowded most of the time (early morning the exception). The condo is well appointed with all the necessities and very pretty. The ice maker did not work and a broken chair on the patio, but that was reported. It is clean and the pad lock access was a great feature. The service by the (Property Management) group is top-notch and I have no complaints with their part of the process. The Beach Club had painters in the hallways and you had to negotiate around them, but they work hard at keeping up the place."

"Comfortable. Convenient. A great place to stay!
This was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway! The photos are good representations of what you will find in this unit – a real home away from home. My husband camped out on the balcony where he could enjoy a great breeze, a view of the ocean and the sun at his back (behind the unit) in the afternoon/evening. The nearby pool worked great for us as we could keep an eye on the kids. Note that the pool is VERY POPULAR during the weekends in summer so the kids found mid-day to be more enjoyable while everyone was at the beach. We could hear people at the pool at night (after 10 p.m.) but it didn’t interfere with this light sleeper getting to sleep. This unit is also within walking distance to the beach – one block – so if you don’t have need of a vehicle as your “beach base” just hoof it down there and enjoy!
There is a convenience store about a block away and many places to eat in the area if you are not inclined to use the kitchen. Padre Pizzeria is a favorite as well as the German bakery. Also the new Schlitterbahn (coming soon)is very close. "

"Lovely beach weekend!
We loved the condo! Everything was clean and neat, and we had everything we needed. Loved the ocean view! The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable so my sister ended up just sleeping on the couch, not pulled out. This is very close to the beach but the beach near by was filled with tons of seaweed, so we were much happier with driving a little farther the next day to Malaquite Beach. We were sad to leave and hope to come back!"

Being 9 months pregnant my only complaint would be the stairs to get to the 3rd floor but if I can do it anybody can. It's was worth those stairs! Very spacious, clean, smelled good, had everything we needed (plates, cups, pans, etc). View of the pool, man made fishing area/doc and the beach/sunset. My only regret is not staying longer :( My family can't wait to come back! "
