The large master bedroom includes a king size bed that over looks the canal, private bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, along with the third bedroom having full size bunk beds for the kids. The shared guest bathroom offers plenty of room for everyone. A washer and dryer are included for your convenience and a great location for multiple restaurants when you don’t want to cook. You’ll be sure to choose this property every time you visit the Island after your first visit.

-(Property Management) promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.
