The condo was nice it was clean the location is very good right on the beach the pool was nice as well the only complaint I had was you can not reach anyone on the contact number tried multiple times there was no tv in the kids room then I layer found ot in the master closet broken once again I tried to contact someone no answer other then that it's a great place. "

"BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW
The view was EXCEPTIONAL. Location was GREAT. It had everything promised. Replace (2) twins beds, disintegrating box springs not very welcoming, definitely not comfortable. Condo needs a good deep cleaning as well. Owner & Management excellent. "

"great ocean view
Probably the best view of all units in Spanish Main; especially of the ocean and for rocket launches. A terrific location and it's own garage parking definitely great advantages. Like many units (we've stayed in six others) it needs additional lighting. Some others have fastened overhead fixtures with fans and lights and have the wires on chains running down the wall. Or, a cheaper yet effective solution is to get several pole lamps. The cabinets could use new hinges, the bathroom faucets could be replaced and a few more dishes wouldn't hurt. Did we like it, we plan to return."

"Beautiful location, great balcony, but disappointed in management
Place was comfortable. Could use a little maintenance, ie closet doors and patio furniture cushions need replacement. Big disappointment was that we got Covid while we were there, were sick with fevers and had to check out. Asked for a couple hours late check out. No compassion at all. It was very upsetting and stressful. "

"Florida getaway
We have rented many time in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Sadly this particular apartment was one of the most disappointing. The photographs on the website are way out of date, and need to be updated. The apartment is tired and there was no sign of any generosity. The cupboards were bare of anything but crockery. We were left just 2 dishwasher tablets and a small bottle of washing up liquid, plus 2 toilet rolls. Being from overseas, we did not want to invest is more essentials. Finally to add insult to injury, the cleaning person left us a gratuity envelope so that we could leave a tip when a hefty cleaning fee had already been paid for."

"Corner condo with a view
Much nicer than anticipated! The photos online are outdated.... property has newer flooring, decor, appliances and furniture. Especially wonderful is being on the end with no one directly to the north. Great views "

"Good Value with a View
This is an older unit in an established small family oriented property close to Cocoa Beach town center. Although everything was clean and in good working order, it is perhaps time for a general refresh.
I've never stayed in a vacation condo that provided one roll of toilet paper per bathroom per week!
The view was great and the pool was pleasant even though the water was toasty.
We saw a Space X launch. What a treat!
A corner unit with an ocean view is good value and we weren't disappointed.

"Cocoa beach
Great location, easy to the beach and pool. However the condo needs serious updating. I was not comfortable at all. Too many things to go into. It could be a great place but the issues if not fixed, I couldn’t go back there."

Condo in bad vent in kitchen so cooking difficult. Cockroaches dead and alive. Poor chairs on balcony. Paint peeling badly on windows. Blinds not fitting.

"Great Condo on Cocoa Beach!
We would highly recommend this condo to anyone. It is exactly as advertised and the management was easy and very responsive responsive to work with. The condo is equipped with all that we needed and the balcony view was beautiful. Restaurants we enjoyed included Squid Lips, Long Doggers, and Brano’s. "

Overall mostly everything was fine. Room was clean & had some beach supplies. Could've used some more beach chairs (only had one). Nice beach view. Minor problem with the cable that was taken care of quickly, stuff happens. Pots & pans were usable but surely need to be replaced. Good experience."

"Spanish Main Ocean Front review
The condo was comfortable and clean with a great view from the balcony. Our only negative comment is that we could hear other residents from their balconies and even occasionally through the walls, especially TVs in the evenings. For people who turn in early like us, it was a bit of a nuisance."

"A Very Cocoa Anniversary!
We love Cocoa Beach but have always stayed uptown, closer to the Pier. This time we decided to stay downtown, and we're very happy that we did! The location offered us a number of new drinking and dining experiences (Alibi cocktail lounge, Jazzy's Mainely Lobster, 4th Street Fillin Station), and staying in a beachfront unit can't be beat! "

"Spanish Main 61 Visit in September 2021
We arrived at Spanish Main 61 and the unit was clean and on the second floor end. Great location and was set up with what was needed for a relaxing few days. Our stay was very nice. Convenient to most everything and some amazing restaurants and bars in the area! One that really stood above the rest was a little place in old downtown Cocoa Beach was “Lulu’s”. From the outside it looked a little sketchy. However, the second I pushed open the door, the interior was beautiful! Family owned and operated and the service was amazing! The “bar food” was a joke! It was almost not just “bar food” but a foodies dream!! Best burger I’ve EVER HAD!! Blue cheese with a blueberry jam !!Sounds strange however you MUST try this!!!
The unit was nice but I would suggest letting the users know which garage to utilize. They are not numbered. ����♂️ And my only negative is that PLEASE, please give the guests a couple decent trash bags that aren’t tissue thin!!! All in all our stay was wonderful! The pool was great, with easy access to the beach!! I will definitely suggest this unit to my friends and family! "

"Very poor condition, non-responsive property manager & owner
Extremely dated decor and there seems to have been minimal maintenance; peeling paint and plaster, unpainted sections of attempted repairs, Master Bedroom bed frame is broken and there is significant damage to the wall as a result, broken dresser drawers, cannot lock windows due to salt corrosion and missing screens, window blinds missing panels or broken and are barely functional, several lights in the unit do not work, furnace filter is filthy and doesn’t look like it’s been changed in quite some time, front door deadbolt latch is loose & missing a screw, microwave in kitchen over stove is non-functional. But the view was excellent."

Beautiful view.broken dresser drawers,missing/broken blinds, not enough kitchen utensils,broken bathroom fan, twin mattresses uncomfortable, pans needed to be washed before use and handles loose, dishwasher and washing machine are SO loud you can run them when you are in unit, missing screens, not dirty but could have been cleaner"

"Peaceful Time at the Beach
The unit was direct ocean front which added to a very relaxing view. Lovely sitting on the patio drinking morning coffee. We will definitely return. You do need to bring your own paper products as they weren't provided ( toilet paper, paper towel, etc). "

This was our first time using airbnb and it was sooo worth it! Location was perfect, view is breath taking. Condo was full of extras; toys, television, wi-fi, towels; very professional. One shower didn't work, that was the only issue we had and that wasn't bad because there are two full bathrooms. Would highly recommend and will be back!"

Pro: great view, good location, has most everything you need. the Beach and pool are
Very nice.
Con: shower in master bathroom dose not have hot or warm water so your down to one shower for the family, and some of the dresser drawers in both bedrooms will fall apart in your hands.
With that i would definitely stay again ( once the shower is fixed)"
