"Difficult
We have been staying in these condos off and on for over 25 years. Elevator NOT working very difficult. We are 75 with ortho issues. Was NOT advised it was not working
Balcony doors so difficult can hardly open,need to be replaced. Blinds been there since they were built and many slats missing. Fan in master bath 202 not work at all. Faucet in 201 kitchen falling apart."

"beautiful beach view, but a lot of problems
The building is very old and it has lots of issues. For example, the shower outside is rusty and has a big hole and it throws the water in a different direction. The swimming pool is very small dirty and in the back of the building far from the Ocean view. Inside the apartment, it seem to be renovated however there are problems there too. For example, the small shower is missing the glass panel and they substituted it with a very dirty curtain instead and in the other shower, the glass panel comes off easily because it's missing it's anchor, which makes it a very hazardous thing, especially if you have kids. another safety hazard is the exposed electric outlet on the balcony The balcony blinds were all damaged and needs to be replaced. Windows were very hard to open and use effectively. The management service would not let you check in early or check out late. We have to wait until 4 PM to check in. We have to leave by 10 AM in the morning. It's distance from the Coco beach pier is about 6 mile and a half which is a long way drive.

With all of this problems, we had a wonderful time there where the kids enjoyed the stay and the ocean view. The garage is full of beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs, and we felt quiet at home."

"Great place with a great view
Great location, quiet beaches and friendly neighbors. We had trouble with the sliding doors to the balcony. They should replace the rollers on the doors as they were difficult to open a d close. Other than that, highly recommend this place."

"Nice flat
Very nice updated flat in a perfect location only downside was the pool which was not heated for our entire stay. Beach is great but kids would have loved a dip in a pool however my son did venture in he is 7 and came out very quickly as it was very cold! We asked to have it looked at it heard as we left it was supposed to be fixed which was too late . "

"Ocean Condo

"Nice getaway to a quiet part of the beach
We have rented in this complex before and was glad to do it again. The unit we rented was comfy and easy access to the beach. AC was working great which was nice after a long day on the beach. Will definitely be back"

"Great location but needs cleaning attention
You could not ask for a better view and all the pieces are there for a great stay but this place needs better caretakers to make it somewhere you want to return to. Its a shame because the recent kitchen/master bath renovation looks great.

I don't believe any vacuuming/sweeping took place between stays and the linens on the beds appeared to have not been changed when we arrived. The forward bedroom's sheets still had crumbs/sand all over them so they obviously just made the bed without cleaning the linens. We found crumbs on every chair/end table in the living room like a child had just eaten snacks all over the place and no one tried to clean. This obviously attracts roaches which we found even in the master bathroom.

The shades in all the rooms were damaged or missing several panels which is particularly noticeable in the master bedroom.

Be aware that the garage parking is shared with the unit next door and it is just small enough that one truck/SUV will fill it entirely.

This condo is fantastic. Good job on the remodel. Cleaning staff is awesome. Property manager is very friendly and accommodating. Spectacular sunrises over a beautiful body of water. Very close to Squid lips and across from Fat Snook. Would definitely stay hear again. "

"Beautiful view
Convenient location and beautiful view. Having a garage was nice. I notified the property manager that the elevator was not working but it was not working during the week we stayed there and was a problem for me as I am handicapped. Dishwasher is not fastened to cupboard and tips fwd when you fill it with dishes. Shortage of silverware and verticle blinds don't cover windows. Washer stopped working with a load of towels inside and I couldn't reach property manager so I called . They got it fixed while we were at the laundromat. Too bad it's not cared for very well because it could be a very nice condo"

"Would rebook in a heartbeat!
Our family of four adults (over 50) were pleasantly surprised to find elevator access to the second floor (stairs were comfortable). The villa was spacious and cleanliness was exceptional. The furnishings were comfortable. Our favorite spots were the living room/master bedroom with their glass sliding doors that afforded spectacular views of the sunrise/beach AND the wonderful furnished balcony. We look forward for the next opportunity to rent here again! We felt we were on our own private beach and enjoyed the relative isolation. (There were excellent restaurants conveniently located.)"

"Amazing trip!
The condo was perfect! Just steps away from the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves when we weren't out enjoying the ocean. I loved everything about the condo - be sure to check out all the supplies there before grocery shopping. We didn't and ended up buying duplicates of some items left by other guests.

The only tiny downside was that the fire alarm seemed to be super sensitive. We were making omelets and the fire alarm went off even with the sliding door to the beach and the window by the stove open. We ended up having to call the non-emergency line for the fire department to get it shut off.

Already planning a trip back!"

"Beautiful Backyard
Couple of things need improving...lack of towels,front bedroom had no mattress pads & beds squeak like crazy. Also the white cord going from dresser to opposite corner is a tripping hazard. Front bathroom shower doors are holding on by a thread.Just needs some quick fixes, but we enjoyed our stay very much."

"Nice get away for the price
This was overall a great vacation, the location is perfect however one thing that I did not like was our condo had roaches when I pulled out some of the pots and pans had roaches in them also the drawers where we put our clothes had roaches in them that turned me off big time but all together how can you be unhappy at the beach right?"

Couch,love seat and chair needed replaced very old and discolored. Master bathroom hole above shower head. Alll window covering need replaced broken. Place has German Roaches. Would not stay in 201 again. "
