Cancellations 0 days to 30 days from date of check-in: Guests inside of 30 (to 0) days from arrival date forfeits the full (100%) of the monies paid for the reservation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance. If you have any questions, please reach out.

"Ground unit amazing location!
Even though the unit needs some TLC and updating, it was clean and comfortable!! The manager (Daniel)let us book & check-in on the same day and quickly as we were only 2hrs away! Maintenance came while we were there. We were very impressed with Cathy! She was very helpful to address a couple of issues! She was very sweet and kind! Over all we had a great last minute trip, the price was right and we would defintely stay here again!"

"Needs TLC
The place was convenient. However, it is in much, much need of updates, Maintenance, cleaning, renovations. The ceiling in the master bedroom is falling away. The Master bedroom closet door only opens on one side. The closet doors in the hallway are in dire need of repair. The closet doors in the second bedroom could use replacing. We had an issue with ants. There is also a gecko that lives in the condo. We see him every day running from the kitchen to the living room. All of the air conditioning grates need a thorough cleaning. They are thick with dust. The kickboard under the sink in the kitchen is missing a piece. Therefore, you can see under the sink at the floor level and see all of the **** that is under there. The sliding screen door on the sliding glass doors in the living room does not move. "

The unit is in very poor condition, peeling paint and drywall, torn screens, mold in bathroom, rips and tears in outdoor patio furniture. Sad because the location is excellent....I like the Cocoa Beach area and the condo complex, The host needs to improve the condition of unit."

"Awesome Experience
Condo just as described. Excellent location and convenient to beach and restaurants. Pool was warm, clean and inviting. Beach was wonderful. You could see and hear it from condo. Bedrooms and living room were spacious. Everything was clean and extra amenities for laundry and beach were available. Brief contact with property manager prior to trip. He answered my questions promptly and fully. We’d definitely stay here again. Great deal!"

We’ve been to the area many times and this is a great place. Great location in Cocoa with easy access to beach (pretty much on the beach!) and attractions.
