"Million Dollar Condo
We loved staying at 501 Ocean Beach Condo. We have stayed there on 5 different occassions. We appreciate the size and location of the property. Also love the parking.
The pool is ridiculously small but we love the beach so it is not a problem for us.
The furniture is not in good shape - very dirty couch which should be cleaned or replaced. The little pineapple lamp is on its last leg. The dining room chairs have many loose legs. Outdoor couch is dirty and the furniture is large. The entertainment center has many broken parts.
With that being said, it is still a great place to stay."

"Our favorite!!!
This is our 3rd stay over the last 4 years. We fell in love immediately with wraparound ocean view porch (perfect for a midday nap!). The kitchen is large and great for a long stay for our family of five.
The bedrooms are lovely and it’s just a quick hop over a dune on a private boardwalk to the beach.
My only comment is the master en-suite bath has only a half wall to separate it from the bed (a king!) and i do wish there was a area rug for the living room and not just under the dining table.
We definitely will be back again next year!!"

"Nice place, stove broken.
Biggest thing was broken stove top not repaired during stay. In addition toaster broken, one of dining table chair legs broken, latch broken on master bedroom sliding door. Really owner should reimburse us for some of expenses of stay. Our cooking plans changed a lot after discovery of broken stovetop. Location is the best. Size of condo is great. With the price could be more generous with toilet paper;one roll per bathroom. No hand soap. Very cheap paper towels. Didn't touch thermostat as setting was perfect. View and balcony perfect. Would stay again if owner compensated us for cooking troubles. "

"The Balcony is Outstanding...
We (a couple of girlfriends and I) in December, unfortunately during a bad storm - we had four days of high winds and rain, making it impossible to use that amazing balcony. The last two days of our stay WERE sunny, and we took full use of it - just amazing views from it.

We stayed in this condo about 7 years ago, and found it not quite as well taken care of as previously. After one day of dirty feet, we wore shoes/flip flops for the remainder of our stay. No guides on how to use the TV; a dead bug above the coffee pot, a bathtub that wouldn’t drain. Still, the condo is lovely and comfortable - just needs a little more tender loving care, we think. And did I mention that balcony??!! We LOVE that balcony."

"Mediocre
The communication with property manager was poor. We had no electric to one of the guest rooms. This was never resolved. The only elevator in the building was out for a day and a half (must happen often cause it was like 1000 years old). The unit overall was decent but definitely a rental. Used to be someone's very nice luxury unit but has fallen into an average rental. TV's and remotes were a nightmare to work. Master bed was a lumpy disaster. The balcony was very nice with high end comfortable furniture. As you can see from the pictures, the pool is a waste of time, thankfully we did not rent this place for the bathtub size pool. Overall, very average and NOT worth the money at all. "

"Coco Beach
The beachfront condo was luxurious with a wonderful view of the launch facilities at Cape Canaveral and, of course, the beach. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, library, laundry, and spacious balcony were perfect. Two parking spaces in the garage was great. Hope it is available next August for our return to Coco!"

"A solid stay but in need of updates
Positives:
The location is awesome! Hard to beat. The underground Parking was great. The size of the unit is spacious and the views were amazing. Great washer and dryer as well. The porch is large with plenty of seating... unbeatable.

Negatives:
Everything inside seems dated and old. Needs new sheets, furniture, fixtures, etc. It has inflatable mattresses but they have holes. The unit has beach chairs and body boards which are broken or rusty. Most dishes seemed clean but others were suspect. The unit is in need of some serious TLC. Because of this, you don't come away with a super clean feeling. With a new face lift, the unit can be spectacular."

Nice condo with amazing views. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. They had lots of sand toys and chairs. It was very nicely decorated. The location was great. Near many good restaurants and grocery stores. The condo needs some attention as furniture in the living room was stained and the pans in the kitchen are virtually unusable due to rust and peeling coating. "

"Best Vacation Ever!
Loved the condo. Great views, we even saw a rocket launch from the balcony! Very spacious, clean and the main bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The guest beds left our guest looking for extra blankets to pad them with and they even ordered a mattress topper for one of the beds. One of the bedrooms was lacking air circulation, hot. Thank goodness a box fan was supplied. The location could not be better! Walking distance to everything. Brando's Italian Restaurant across the street is a must! Garage parking was a plus. "

"Beautiful ocean view apartment
The view from the captains chair on the huge balcony is amazing. Loved the location. Could pr use a little maintenence but it didn't affect our stay because the views were so fantastic. We also Loved the beautiful bathtub after a day at the beach."

"Another Amazing Visit!

"Perfect location
The condo is in the perfect location with amazing views. It would’ve been helpful if there were instructions on how to work the TV, there were 3 remotes and couldn’t get it to work. The condo needs a lot of repairs as there were some damaged appliances. The microwave was broken and didn’t realize the one in the laundry room was there to use since the one in the kitchen was broken until the last day. The balcony sliding door handle was broken so if you closed the door it was almost impossible to open. Also you might want to check the AC unit, there was a lot of mold around the unit and on the vents. We were all sneezing and had stuffy noses while in the condo. "

"Great Location, Minor Issues
Pros- great location and view, very spacious, small complex with easy access.
Cons - Ice maker not connected, no ice bucket or ice tray, had to go out and buy ice, refrigerator was not working properly when we arrived on Saturday, had to buy ice & ice chest to keep food cold. Called property mgr, was told she would contact maintenance but it would be Monday before someone would come to check it. Never heard from anyone. King bed very firm, almost hard and TV in master had not been programed. Pool is very small. "

"One of the best things about vacation was our Oceanfront Condo!
The property was exactly as pictured and the balcony and view could never be in a picture as spectacular as it was to experience. It was clean with everything you needed in the kitchen and bedding. The WiFi and cable were all in place. Customer service was fast and friendly, a question asked was quickly addressed. There were many items to be used at the beach and beach towels. One most important thing was we felt safe in the neighborhood and on the property. Stores and restaurants were all in walking distance. We do not have one thing to say about our stay there but thank you for keeping it so nice.

"Spring Vacation in July
Condo was nice and roomy. Beach and ocean were beautiful even with baby shark that kept showing up. Shark was a big attraction and had every pout of water to take pictures. Swimmers enjoyed looking and shortly after went right back in ocean to play."
