Cancellation
If reservations for periods other than the weeks of the Christmas and New Years holidays are cancelled at least sixty (60) days before the Check-In Time and Date, then all funds paid by Tenant, including the Advance Deposit, will be refunded (minus the administration fee of 5% which is non-refundable upon cancellation).
Luxury Villa Collections does not issue refunds for cancellations made less than sixty (60) days from the arrival date or for reservations during Christmas and New Years without the purchase of AIG Travel Guard Travel Protection Insurance. If you should have to cancel your reservation, please notify us immediately of any cancellation and if you purchased the Vacation Rental Insurance contact AIG Travel Guard to begin your claim. For questions concerning the travel insurance or to make a claim due to a cancellation, please call AIG Travel Guard directly at. The insurance premium is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be provided in the event of a mandatory evacuation or loss of service due to force majore if the guest does not purchase AIG Travel Guard Travel Insurance.
