The wrap around balcony offers the ability to sit in the sun or in the shade. Updated well stocked kitchen, allows the chef of the family to still be apart of the action while creating delicious meals and watching the waves roll in. Don't forget about the heated pool. The master bedroom over looks the ocean with a kingsize bed and the guests bedroom has 2 queen beds. There are 3 tv's so no one has to miss their favorite shows.

"Great place on the beach
We loved staying at the Captain's Quarters. It was right on the white sand beach. There were grocery stores and restaurants close by. It was super clean and the manager was very attentive. The pool was wonderful!"

"Pros and Cons

Yes, we were satisfied with our stay. The property and location were wonderful but there were other considerations that could have made it even better.

Upon arrival we found the property was clean but not real clean. The dishes and glasses were clean but the pots, pan and cooking utensils needed cleaning. The stove top looked like it had not been clean for several weeks. The stairs had an accumulation of dust, sand and whatever. The guest room closet had beach things thrown in and piled randomly in a mess. We were happy for the beach things but --- a mess. We got it organized for the next folks.

Janice the management rep met us on arrival . She helped us with our Internet connection the first day and delivered a very thoughtful welcome basket. The next day I had trouble connecting again and talked to her on the phone. She also E-Mailed some instructions and we finally got things worked out. We had no further contact with Janice.

We did have questions but, since their were on-site managers present we went to them simply because they were there and seemed willing to help. Small things like a smoke alarm that went off in the middle of the night. I mentioned it to the on-site folks and they took care of the problem. We also used them as a resource for answers to other questions and local advice. They were exceptional and proved again that there is no real substitute for on site management. They were a great source of help and information and advice. Sometimes just the little things that can make a nice stay even more enjoyable.

As you might expecte, we became acquainted with many of the long term vacationers. In conversation with them we learned that we paid approx 12% more than they did because we booked thru and East Coast living. Information we gleaned from them revealed that had we booked thru the Villa Riviera website we would have saved a significant amount of money.

"Gorgeous view!
Super quiet when we were there. Seemed like we had the beach to ourselves everyday. Very nice staff that work there, very clean. Extremely convenient location. Walmart and Winn Dixie both around the corner. BTW you can walk to Bunkys raw bar! Very happy with our stay here."

"Villa Riveria Club rental townhouse
This 2 story unit is the ultimate vacation site. It’s ocean front, literally steps from your unit. The back patio facing the ocean is a wrap around so larger than others. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Extraordinary clean! Beds and pillow soo comfortable. You just need to come inside for the perfect get away vacation. Ocean, sand, and even a heated salt water pool if ocean isn’t your thing! Highly recommended!!! We’ve come many times!!!!!"

"Amazing piece of paradise
My husband, two kids and I stayed here for 10 days, it was absolutely amazing. We LOVED the location, not in a super busy city but a close enough drive to places if we wanted to go. Watching the sunrise every morning over the ocean was a dream. We could see dolphins jumping, fish, pelicans catching fish, bunnies in the yard, amazing shells on the beach..and so much more. We absolutely would come back! We loved the pool too, my kids became great swimmers in the short time we were there! We loved having all the amenties, making it super easy to cook meals, play on the beach, relax on the couch while listening to the waves crash down. All of it was more than we could have asked for! Only thing that we couldn't figure out was the TV in the master bedroom, but we didn't mind because we weren't there to watch TV anyway. "
