This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located on the 4th floor of this complex. It faces the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular view from the private balcony. The Master bedroom which faces the beach has a King size bed, TV and DVD player. The Guest bedroom has 2 Twin beds with a TV/ DVD player and the living room has 2 DAY BED, 2 CHAIRS for your comfort. There is a TV and DVD player and WI-FI internet access. The large Galley shaped kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and well stocked cabinets for the cooks in the group. There is a large Island for extra counter space. There is a separate laundry room in the condo with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience The Summerlin property features a gulf-side pool (heated in winter), BBQ grills, a boardwalk to go directly to the beach, and covered ground floor parking. This unit comes with FREE Beach Service.

Cancellations to any reservation results in forfeiture of $200.00 advance rent deposit. Changes to the booking have to be made Thirty (30) days prior to arrival for Short Term reservations. Sixty (60) days prior to arrival for Monthly reservations. Once final balance is paid there are NO REFUNDS due to cancellation. If you have purchased Travel Insurance with CSA you would need to contact them with questions regarding claims.1-866-4018

Full payment is due fourteen (14) prior to arrival for SHORT TERM reservations. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashier’s checks, or a personal check if not we will bill your credit card on file for these charges.

"Great stay!
We enjoyed our stay at Summerlin 404. Perfect location with fantastic views, the beach was not crowded at all! I would recommend a sleeper sofa in the living room vs the rollaway beds, leaving more towels for parties of 6, and the shower needs a shower head with more pressure (it was almost just a trickle). The couch in the living room was dirty looking but overall none of this was anything that we couldn't deal with! A big positive for us was they had ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms which is a must for us! AJH Reality, especially Austin, was fantastic dealing with, very helpful, professional and accommodating! Will definitely be booking with them again! "

"Slice of heaven highly recommend
Key pickup was convenient and easy, especially since we arrived after hours. Also close to the unit so no driving out of the way.

Unit was clean, well decorated, and full of amenities to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Ice machine in the fridge worked as well, which is a huge plus since a lot of units don’t have this hooked up

Beach service (chairs and umbrellas) were provided but unit also had boogie board, beach chair (if you want to sit in the water to soak your toes), and a small portable cooler.

Overall no complaints at all, and unit is updated/modern would highly recommend we will back for sure, and view is amazing! A+++

"Destin Vacation 2022
Had a few glitches with the plumping, but the Alicia J Hollis Realtor Company worked with us and corrected the problem with only a minor disturbance in our week long stay at the condo. Other than that, the condo was great. Loved waking up every morning to the ocean view, and having coffee on the balcony. The space was perfect for my husband and I. "Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at Summerlin 404.
The condo had everything we needed for our vacation. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. Breathtaking views of the beach and ocean from inside the condo and outside on the balcony. The location is perfect and the complex is smaller with only 30 units. A great time was had by all. Chris at Realty was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend their services.

Renting was easy. The condo itself was disappointing. Rented the same condo last year,and it was great. Did it change owners? We cleaned it up the next morning, it was nasty. The bed mattress is worn out.Floors dirty when we walked in.We was afraid not to wash the sheets first nite.Sorry just being honest.We always have a great time vacationing at ft Walton, 11 years in a row."

"Third time on Okaloosa, new condo for us!
Clean and well maintanined! FULL size washer and dryer great! Nice kitchen layout. Awesome for kids to have their own room! Nice mix of carpet and tile in all the right places! Covered parking was a nice perk we hadnt had in our past condos! Hardly any wait for elevators with it being only a 30 unit count condo! Quiet too! Pool never overcrowded. King mattress in master VERY comfy! Loved the double sized balcony. Only suggestion I would make would be to get bar height chairs on the balcony for an even better view of the ocean, beach and dolphins! Managers were very easy to deal with even when our arrival time became later than expected due to traffic! Thanks for adding to our great stay!"

"Beautiful Condo
The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Our stay was before peak season and he allowed us to rent Sunday to Sunday. The location is perfect, very close to everything but without the large crowd and traffic of Destin. Pool area is nice, as well as the covered parking area. We loved the large balcony and view from the master bedroom. The key pickup is very easy. Comes with 2 beach chairs and umbrella service everyday, and their are two additional chairs inside the condo if needed. We will definitely stay here again. "
