Ocean Air is a beachfront duplex divided into 4 units. Each unit has a panoramic view of the beach with a private beachfront deck. Each unit has a full kitchen, living room, dining room and has two king bedrooms and two full bathrooms all of which are completely private. The units have a Lovesac sectional that functions as a sleeper and a large Lovesac beanbag that can easily sleep one. All the units are connected through an interior stairway, making multiple unit rentals perfect for family reunions and weddings. Located directly on the beach and south of Hwy 30A, these newly renovated units include features like upscale stainless steel appliances and granite surfaces, new bathrooms, full smart home integrations including, swivel from ceiling jumbo TV mounts, and smart audio devices! Each unit features reverse-osmosis water purification systems to refill your bottles and save our beach from un-needed plastic. The living room is decorated with furniture including a jumbo Lovesac beanbag chair placed in front of the picture windows.

The most prominent feature of this location is the private beach. Ocean Air 30A boasts of 70’ of private beach, giving each beach chair set a direct ocean view without outside interference. Each unit is guaranteed one set of chairs and an umbrella with the Ocean Air-logo. Additional chair sets are available for an additional fee.

Our Property is having some exterior work done at the moment including siding and deck upgrades. We are doing all of the upgrades ourselves and making sure to keep the guest experience and stay as our upmost priority. You will see some work being done to the property while you are with us, but your unit and view are immaculate and all major renovations have been completed. If you have any issues at all we will strive to correct them immediately!

Off the main living area of each unit is a private beachfront covered deck. The Trex cocktail tables and chairs are perfect for having lunch overlooking the sand or for evening cocktails. Each deck connects to the private beach walkover. The walkover includes two large reading nooks overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Evening sunsets are spectacular from this perch, as are the morning sunrises. Many beautiful beach photographs have been taken from there. Weekly rentals include use of our paddle boards and kayaks, and brand new beach bicycles (first come first served). Gas grills are also provided in the front of the house.

Our extra-large parking area affords our renters with a minimum of two parking spaces each.

Dogs are accepted with an additional $375 cleaning fee and must be disclosed prior to arrival.

"Vacation on beech
We had stayed here several times and retuned again. We like this. Property because it is right on the beech but mostly because it’s smaller. Less noise and more quiet. Management is very responsive-the property is clean and offers amenities. We ride our bikes for coffee- shopping. Close to several great state parks. . Since it is right on beech it is so easy to enjoy your shaded balcony or the sunshine and water. Property was recently upgraded ."

"Disappointed is an Understatement
This condo is a joke. Freezer didn’t work, plumbing was all jacked up, the shower doors fell off into the floor, the wind whistles through the entire condo disallowing any sleep, the roof was damaged from a previous hurricane, sand was found in beds in the first night. When I spoke to Candi, she tried to defend her property by claiming the freezer worked and not calling her to notify her about the issues. Complete failure of a condo!!! Stay away from this property! I’m guessing these issues were quick fixes lol! "

"Great location but in need of repair
This is a perfect location on the beach and close to anything in the Seagrove/Seaside area. The units are undergoing renovations which was a bit inconvenient and the unit I stayed in has not been renovated so was in need of much repair. The inside was very outdated and could use more comfortable seating, the deck had a good view of the beach but no privacy from next door unit. Nail pops and splintered wood needs repairing on back deck. If you are not able to climb many narrow and winding steps with luggage then this is not the unit for you. Owners were very accommodating and for the last second booking at a good price, it was a good vacation for my very small group."

"Beware!!! Property isn't as it seems!!
First I'll say that the location was great! Right on the beach and easy walk from the building to beach. Unfortunately, this was the only great thing about it!! Several things wrong with this unit. The pictures on site do NOT match the condo AT ALL. I'm only assuming that they were doing renovations on this property. That would explain the trailer full of trash (old mattresses and toasters..etc) in the front yard. The stairwell into the unit was completely unfinished. (exposed electrical..unfinished sheet rock..etc) The description of this unit says it sleeps 6...nope 4 (unless you count the mattress in the closet) The chairs that were put out on the balcony had holes in the bottoms. The outdoor railing wobbles (did not feel secure) The WiFi was terrible. If the place was under construction, it would have been nice to know beforehand so we could have prepared better!! "

"What a great beach house...
What a great and relaxing time at Seagrove Beach. The Chivas beach house was wonderful. Great location right on the beach, nice and roomy, very comfy beds, views are spectacular, sunsets are beautiful, you literally step out your door, down the steps, and you are on the beach. Also very impressed with how clean the unit was. Definitely recommend for both couples and families that want to visit the Florida Gulf Coast."

"Unrealized Potential
This was our 15th year at Seagrove but our first at this property. We loved the location, with the beach just a short walk from the unit. The unit had not been cleaned well and it did not appear the linen had been changed in the master bedroom, as stains were evident on the sheets. No linen was provided for the sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa and love seat are in desperate need of replacing. The kitchen was missing basic essentials, i.e. oven mits, cookie sheets, etc. Our major issue was with the A/C. The air conditioner was controlled using a Nest thermostat. The owner controlled what we could set the thermostat to, setting the maximum low we could have the A/C on at 69 degrees. The unit rarely ever got to 69 even in the middle of the night, with temperatures during the day and evening reaching up to 76 and 77 degrees. I've rented properties in Seagrove for 15 summers in a row and this is the first time a property owner has ever "seized" control of the A/C from a guest.
While the property management company was always quick to respond to any requests or issues, many of them could be preempted by doing an occasional walk through prior to guests' arrivals. "

"Steps to the beach
We absolutely loved the location. We didn't really mind that the unit was a bit outdated, because the view of the beach (once we cleaned the windows from the outside) was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. Most of the kitchen items that we needed were there, although a cookie sheet or pizza pan would have been a great addition. The location felt very safe. I would go there again."

"Perfect location but needs updates.
Could not have picked a better location. Beautiful and sparsely populated beach. The unit needs quite a few updates to fit the upscale location. We would rent again for a higher rate if it is renovated. New furniture and beds alone would be a big improvement. Also, would be helpful to have access to a broom or vacuum in the unit. Management very helpful when several repairs needed throughout unit while we were there. "
