Perfect little house for a couple. we brought our dogs along and this house was great for them. Nice fenced in back yard. Beautiful part of the lake with lovely diners around. Walking distant to the lake and beautiful trails to enjoy. We would love to stay at this property again in the future."

This is our 2nd time here. We love the cozier size of this place for our small family of 3. It is centrally located and easy to get to many points of interests. Place is clean and provides all the necessary amenities. One feedback I have would be to have the option for better lighting in the living room."

"Tahoe Getaway
We had a wonderful stay. The property is a perfect location to Meeks bay beach and hiking trail. The mt biking trails from the house are so convenient and fun to ride. The management company was very accommodating when needed. I hope the owners decide to put a little bit of money into this little gem of a 's starting to look a little tired. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to friends and family. Oh, can't forget the bears! They are there just waiting for you to leave something out of interest. Everyday mama and baby would stroll through the neighborhood looking for their next snack. "

"Good Property, Bad Rental Company, Would Not Stay Again
My husband and I were staying for our honeymoon. The property was well kept but there were a couple of things that ruined our stay. 1) The fireplace is used for heating the property. A cool feature, but it ticks very loudly when automatically turning on and off. It woke us up at night frequently. 2) There is an attic/crawl space, and the lights were left on and gleamed through cracks in the ceiling in the middle of the night. Creepy and unsettling when staying at a new property. 3) MOST IMPORTANTLY: We left a day early because we noticed footprints in the snow leading to the back doors. It snowed the day before, so they were fresh prints that went to the back doors, and turned around. We left out of a safety issue and let the rental company know. They were very slow to email and call back and were not understanding of our concern (they tried over email and phone to convince us it could be Bear tracks, but it’s not hard to identify human shoes in snow). For all we know, someone tried to get into the home over night, and the rental company has been unprofessional and very unhelpful. Nice property for a couple, but don’t expect to sleep well and don’t expect good communication if something happens. "

We loved our weekend stay at this cute cabin in Tahoma! The decor was so cute, it was extremely clean too. We loved the smart TV, faux wood burning stove, stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and bathroom with claw foot tub! Also, we got to bring our two dogs- which was a plus. Check in and check out was easy and smooth. Would love to come back."

"Wonderful quiet and peaceful place to stay.
Perfect size and location for a couple visiting the Lake Tahoe area. Has everything you could need with comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen and really nice bath. With nice deck and yard in the back. We really enjoyed our anniversary trip to the area and this rental was just what we were looking for. Easy to find and mid-way along the west side of Lake Tahoe it is a short drive to north or south Lake Tahoe. Countless hiking options in the area and though we are not skiers it is a short drive to at least 3 or 4 ski resorts/slopes. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great stay in a cozy home in the woods!
This was a great place to stay for a winter getaway. The place is a great size for 2 people (and our dog). We enjoyed how close it was to the State Park for hiking in the snow. We also loved how far it was from the highway - SO quiet and relaxing.
The house has everything you need. It's clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked! I wish the backyard was fenced in for our dog. "

"Great spot, cozy house
Clean, cozy home perfect for our family of four to stay in. The backyard was great for snowball fights and relaxing in the evening, and our dog loved the walks nearby. Bathtub was a wonderful treat after a day in the snow, and the beds were comfortable. Only complaint is that the windows in the bedroom let in too much light - the drapes don't do anything to block light! But overall a great stay!"

"Sweet Mountain Cottage
This little mountain home is very cute and included everything we needed for our stay. We found the bed and the sofa to be very comfortable. Our dog loved the backyard (since it’s unfenced, we let him roam on a 50 ft lead for safety). We cooked several times in the kitchen and found everything we needed there. 10/10 would come back!"

"Charming Cottage in Tahoe's Beautiful West Shore
I really enjoyed my stay at this adorable cottage for a short ski trip before starting a new job. The location is in a quiet residential area and the cottage is fairly closely surrounded by other cabins and structures, but still felt private and quiet. Overall, the space is very nicely decorated, modern and cozy. Plenty of entertainment options including a few board games and a smart TV that's ready to go with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime (no login required!). The kitchen is quite functional and decently stocked with tools and cooking essentials, and I loved the claw foot tub for post-ski soaks. Parking was super easy as well. A few misses were the pillows on the bed, they felt like cheap air mattress pillows and were extremely uncomfortable (esp since the mattress was also very firm), I wish I brought my own; and the rain shower is at a weird angle so it can feel a bit claustrophobic in the shower if you're relatively long limbed. Minus those few things, I would definitely stay again, especially with a friend or partner since it's well suited for a romantic getaway. "

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Easy Living. The location was perfect; very close walking distance to Sugar Pine Park. The cabin was well appointed and very comfortable. The heater worked well and we were comfortable and warm at night. I appreciate this cabin is dog friendly. Our dogs were comfortable sleeping in their crates in the front room. The one comment I would make is that I felt the sheets could have been a little cleaner. Otherwise, everything was great and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. I would just bring a lint roller next time for some of the stray dog hair we found. "

This location was impeccable. It was everything we were expecting and so much more. The location was very clean and in order. The house was decorated and fully stocked with anything and everything we could need. The manager provided amazing assistance and great directions and instructions. We loved this location because it is not in the tourist, busy South Lake area, but it is close enough to still enjoy everything the lake has to offer. It is a quiet, friendly neighborhood with the lake about 3 minutes from the property. We hope to be able to make it back and stay at this same property because we loved it so much. Highly recommend!!!"

"Perfect Cozy Cabin
We had a great week in Tahoma, the cabin was perfect for the two of us and our dog. Drive to Squaw Valley was around 28 minutes, but I ended up skiing most my days at Homewood (5 minutes away) which really is an undiscovered gem of a mountain."

"Amazing Tahoe getaway
This vacation rental was super cute!!! If I owned a home it would look a little something like this :). It was clean, had all the amenities you’d need for a weekend away. The location was perfect for us as we like to spend most of our time in west shore and Tahoe city. Close to some great hikes and restaurants.
The only downside — if you want to relax in the claw foot bathtub (which you will) just run the hot water. It’ll feel too warm at first but it’ll cool down. Don’t run the hot and cold — it runs out of hot water quickly and you’ll end up relaxing in ice cold water. I was determined so we ended up boiling water on the stove and adding it to the tub which totally worked it was just a little time consuming.
Will definitely come back to this cute little home!! Thanks for a great weekend. "
