- Due to the mild coastal climate, this home, like many others in the area, is not equipped with air conditioning.
- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties. Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, PSP will make every attempt to re-book my (OUR) Reservation. If PSP re-rents the property for the week of my (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If necessary, PSP may re-rent the property for the week of my (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If PSP is unable to re-rent the property for the week of my (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy, however a 10% cancellation fee of the total rental rate, and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.

"Easy beach vacation spot
I rented this particular unit due to its ease of access to the beach. It is fully stocked with chairs and a boogie board. There is a walk down some relatively steep stairs to get to the beach, so be aware of that if you are mobility limited. This rental made my vacation stress-free and enjoyable. Thanks!"
