A deposit is required for reservation. Check, money order or American Express are accepted. Regarding Cancellations: In case of a change of plans, and you cancel your reservation 90 days or more before your arrival date, your deposit will be returned less a $100 processing fee. If the reservation is cancelled within 90 days of the start of the reservation, the deposit may be forfeited
